The ancients had the method of "observing and carrying out the way of heaven" since ancient times: "Looking up at the image in heaven,looking down at the law on the ground,watching the articles of birds and beasts,and the appropriate of the ground,taking the body near,taking the things far,the beginning of the eight diagrams,in order to pass the virtue of mind,to the feeling of all things." This is the source of Fuxi’s eight diagrams,and it is also used in the art of viewing images and making instruments.As a traditional idea of creation in China,"making objects to resemble images" carries the natural process of "Tao,images and objects" from "body" to "application".The core element of "making utensils" is culture,so the invention and creation of "utensils" cannot be separated from people’s living form,social condition,production technology,ideology and other factors.Nowadays,modern product has gradually changed from "objects" to "non-objects" products.Therefore,it is a good opportunity to trace the source of traditional culture and inherit and carry forward the research on the application of "Shang Xiang" thinking in modern product design.Combining with the existing cooperation project "Tong Dao Xin Xuan" cultural e-commerce platform,it is of high value to study the application of the traditional design theory in the cultural e-commerce platform.Use traditional culture to stimulate the source of creative inspiration,at the same time improve the cultural taste of design,open new ideas for cultural e-commerce service design.Through the theoretical traceability research of the device image,and the analysis of the common characteristics of the ancient and modern " implements",combined with the relevant methods of service design,this topic explores the experience design mode of the Shang Xiang experience,and innovates the experience design strategy of the " Shang Xiang experience ".Finally,the design scheme of ""Tong Dao Xin Xuan selection" e-commerce service system is constructed from the perspective of manufacturer’s image.In terms of theoretical research,the development context,creation development resources,the application of "Shang Xiang" thinking,cultural e-commerce and the status quo of "Tong Dao Xin Xuan " platform are sorted out and summarized,so as to fully understand the status quo of each E-commerce neighborhood and the advantages and disadvantages of the cooperation platform.In terms of the research on cultural e-commerce community,the motivation and expectation of users to buy cultural commodities are understood through user interviews and questionnaires,and the reasons behind the differential performance of different groups and their demand preferences are explored.In the market research link,it mainly analyzes cultural commodities,competitive cultural e-commerce products and situational field research,and excavates new challenges and opportunities brought by cultural services to ecommerce platforms.In the process of design strategy output,through the correlation analysis of " Shang Xiang" thinking and service experience,the demand for related product experience is found out.On the premise of coordinating the relationship between human and nature,the form and spirit,content and experience of product design are integrated,and the image-like experience design mode is innovated: the unity of shape,quality and Tao.Then combined with modern service design methods to further design positioning and strategy output,including the following four points: 1.Resource integration-construction of service system;Second,simplify information-accurate image selection,strengthen memory;3.Retrospection of life-strengthening scene interactive behavior experience;Iv.Brand Experience-Inspire brand cultural identity.The cultural e-commerce service system is constructed through service design tools such as user portrait,system diagram,user journey diagram and commercial canvas.Finally,in terms of design scheme output,the paper studies and designs the " Tong Dao Street Market" brand," Tong Dao Street Market" APP,brand packaging," Tong Dao Biao Ju" logistics tools and other contact contents.
