| Under the promotion of the market and technological innovation,the global semiconductor manufacturing industry is facing opportunities and challenges from various aspects such as social environment,customer demand,talent and technology demand,which has led to confusion and uncertainty in the transformation and upgrading of China’s semiconductor manufacturing industry.How to enhance the semiconductor manufacturing business and choose the correct development strategy is the primary task and practical significance to ensure the sustainability and high-quality development of the semiconductor equipment industry.This article takes N Company’s manufacturing business as an example,and based on the enterprise lifecycle theory and intelligent manufacturing management theory,first analyzes the current level and existing problems of intelligent manufacturing from five dimensions: production,logistics,informatization,automation,and lean manufacturing.Secondly,using PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model strategic analysis tools to analyze the macro environment of manufacturing business transformation and upgrading,analyzing the current situation and future trends of the external macro environment from political,economic,social,and technological factors,and recognizing the true environment and situation of the enterprise.At the same time,analyze the opportunities and challenges for domestic equipment manufacturers from the current development status of the industrial chain.Finally,the SWOT comprehensive analysis tool was used to analyze the internal conditions of N company’s manufacturing business,identifying the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of N company.The SWOT matrix and element matrix analysis were used to determine N company’s manufacturing business development strategy.Through intelligent manufacturing theory,the goals,ideas,and principles of manufacturing business transformation and upgrading were formulated,and a manufacturing business transformation model was established to plan the development path,Identify potential risks and corresponding safeguard measures,and ultimately build a world-class manufacturing factory. |
