Research On The Service Model Innovation Of Think Tank Type Institutional Repository

Under the background of open science,the management and utilization of scientific data is becoming more and more important,and the institutional knowledge base,as an important data warehouse,should gradually develop in the direction of value-added services for resources.At the same time,the new think tank also emphasizes the development of crowd-creation in the direction of diversified subjects,flat structure and blurred boundaries.Therefore,in order to promote the application of institutional knowledge base and explore the organic integration of institutional knowledge base and think tank,we should build a think tank-type institutional knowledge base and innovate the practice of institutional knowledge base.At the same time,in line with the requirements of the times of coordinated development,we will give full play to the resource advantages of the knowledge base of think tank-type institutions and the advantages of decision-making consulting services,and build an efficient platform for co-creation of knowledge service value.Strengthen data sharing and information integration between institutional knowledge bases and think tanks,explore heterogeneous data interconnection,and promote the co-construction and sharing of institutional knowledge bases and think tanks.This research only needs to focus on the following aspects: 1.Investigate and study the development of institutional knowledge base and think tank,sort out the problems facing current development,compare and analyze the connections and differences between the two,and find the possibility of building a knowledge base of think tank-type institutions.2.Through the research on the connotation and application practice of institutional knowledge base and think tank,analyze the feasibility of collaborative development of institutional knowledge base and think tank with collaborative theory,build a think tank-type institutional knowledge base model with resources,technology and service as the starting point,and propose a think tank-type institutional knowledge base construction strategy from the user layer,demand layer,service layer and communication layer based on knowledge collaboration theory.3.Introduce the service blueprint theory and embedded service theory,find the key points of knowledge service by drawing the service blueprint of the think tank-type institutional knowledge base,and construct the embedded service model of the think tank-type institutional knowledge base.4.By sorting out the relevant practices of domestic and foreign institutional knowledge base and think tank data exchange and the existing problems of China’s institutional knowledge base,analyze the needs of various institutions involved in data traffic management and sharing,explore the service needs and service mechanisms jointly built and shared by the two,and conduct practical research on the knowledge base of think tank-type institutions with data sharing.On the basis of the institutional knowledge base of Shandong University of Technology,the think tank institutional knowledge base of Shandong University of Technology is preliminarily constructed,and the practical strategies of the think tank institutional knowledge base in three aspects: data aggregation,data mining and knowledge service are proposed.The institutional knowledge base faces problems such as disconnection between theory and practice,lack of user experience,and lack of service functions,and coordinated development with think tanks is a feasible measure to break through the current development bottleneck.The institutional knowledge base and think tank will be synergized with each other,the knowledge service model of the think tank-type institutional knowledge base will be theoretically discussed,and a new method suitable for the innovative knowledge service of the institutional knowledge base will be constructed.I hope that the relevant research in this article can provide some reference value.
