According to the theory of project risk management,the project needs to carry out a series of risk assessment and prediction activities from project approval to delivery,so as to reduce the occurrence of risks or reduce the loss caused by risks to the enterprise.In2005,ZCZ established its own CRM software system through independent research and development.After nearly 20 years of development,the old version of CRM software system has been unable to meet the current development needs of the company after many iterations.Therefore,ZCZ enterprise needs to reconstruct and develop CRM software.Compared with the new project construction,the difficulty of reconstruction development is not only to ensure the normal operation of the old version of the software,but also to carry out risk assessment and research and development of the new software.This article aims to help ZCZ enterprises to carry out the risk feasibility analysis,find out the risks in the project reconstruction,and think about and formulate measures to reduce the occurrence of risks.In the preliminary investigation of the project,this article uses the brainstorming method and Delphi method to conduct qualitative analysis and build the risk management evaluation system.By organizing experts for discussion,obtain software reconstruction project risk item,using the fish bone chart analysis method to evaluate the risk classification and risk identification,the project risk type is divided into four types of primary index,secondary index 15 categories,organize enterprise internal expert score,obtain the initial value of evaluation data,using the hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,quantitative analysis of the index,determine the risk feasibility of the project,and the weight value of each risk index.According to the weight proportion of various risk indicators,formulate and take targeted risk prevention measures to reasonably control the occurrence of each type of risk.Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,risk response measures are formulated for the15 categories of second-level indicators obtained after discussion to help ZCZ enterprises reduce the probability of risk occurrence.At present,most scholars focus more on project risk or software project risk,while there are few studies on software reconstruction project risk on the whole.And most of them are studied from the level of software code,or focus on specific reconstruction rules and algorithms.This article innovatively uses the theory of risk assessment,with the tools of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,based on the quantitative evaluation of the feasibility of the software reconstruction project,and analyzes the overall impact of different stages and different factors on the software reconstruction project.Innovative measures of software reconstruction projects in terms of risk assessment and feasibility.Therefore,through the study of this article,it can help the subsequent scholars to strengthen the understanding of software reconstruction projects,and provide reference for the implementation of software reconstruction projects for enterprises.
