| At present,China’s economy has entered a new normal,and the construction of "digital China" has put forward new requirements for the courier industry.With the slowdown of the domestic courier market growth,courier companies began to squeeze market share among themselves,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.National strategies and industry development are intertwined,making the digital transformation and upgrading of courier enterprises in an important position.In the process of digital transformation and development,how to accurately judge the current level of digital development of courier enterprises and how to find out the shortcomings in the process of digital development are issues that must be faced to accelerate the implementation of digital transformation and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.To this end,this paper selects YZ Express,which has many years of development experience in the field of digitalization in the industry,and evaluates the digital maturity of YZ Express with the help of digital maturity-related theories,and obtains the following research results:Firstly,the digital development history and current situation of YZ express enterprises were analyzed with YZ express enterprises as the research object,and the necessity of the evaluation study was discussed.Second,by interviewing the middle and senior managers of YZ express enterprises,collecting the annual reports of YZ express enterprises and express-related reports,etc.,we organized the information related to the digitalization of enterprises,and applied the programmed rooting theory to organize and summarize the three-level coding.Based on the coding results,the digital maturity theory was introduced by referring to the documents related to the digital development of express industry issued by the State Post Bureau and YZ express enterprises,and a digital maturity model of YZ express enterprises containing five maturity levels was established.Again,on the basis of demonstrating the feasibility of constructing indicators based on the rooting theory,the three-level coding results were used as evaluation indicators,and four first-level indicators,including digital infrastructure construction,digital collaboration capability,digital innovation capability and digital influence,10 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators were established.Finally,the index weights and evaluation results were calculated based on the expert questionnaire data combined with AHP-DEMATEL combined weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the digital maturity level of YZ express enterprise is at the fourth level-optimization level,and the digital development takes care of the whole,but the digital development is weak in digital hardware construction,talent training,brand image,and operational collaboration.In response to the weaknesses of digital development of YZ express enterprises,four aspects of digital maturity improvement countermeasures are proposed,namely: attaching importance to hardware construction and implementing pilot promotion work;building a cloud platform and attracting enterprise cooperation;strengthening digital talent construction and improving staff quality;and opening up surplus capacity and strengthening enterprise publicity.The research in this paper has a certain reference value for evaluating the digital maturity of similar enterprises. |
