| The Yellow River basin is the birthplace of Chinese civilization,and the Yellow River culture is the root and soul of the Chinese.Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin have risen to the strategic layout of national development based on the advantages of regional resources and promoting the high-quality development of ecological and cultural tourism industry along the Yellow River basin is to promote the formation of a new pattern in the large-scale development of the western region and to realize the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and high-quality development in the downstream developed areas.It is the best opportunity to narrow the development gap between the coastal areas and the Central Plains,and the development of Yellow River cultural tourism is an important starting point to promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s demand for a better life is increasing day by day.Tourism industry,as an important part of the tertiary industry,enriches people’s spiritual life at the same time,tourism has also become one of the important means to promote rural revitalization.The rapid development of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology provides strong technical support for tourism geography related research.Social media’s picture is an important carrier for tourists to express tourism perception simply,directly and popularly.The study of the content represented by the pictures and the geographic information carried by the pictures has important theoretical and practical significance for understanding the evolution of tourists’ perception and behavior of the destination,and provides a new dimension for the study of tourism destination management.This paper takes the nine provinces where the Yellow River flows as the study area.On the social media of Flickr,we used Python technology to obtain 1308908 regional pictures shared by tourists from 2010 to 2019.Finally,163476 inbound pictures were screened.Based on the convolutional neural network Places365-CNNS model,referring to the framework of tourism activities "food,housing,transportation,tourism,shopping and entertainment",365+69 scenes and 9 main categories are identified,and the perceptual characteristics of inbound tourists in the Yellow River basin are analyzed.And used the geo-spatial location information and shooting information carried by the photos to track the footprints of tourists and find the evolution law of tourists’ behavior.The results are as follows:(1)In terms of tourist perception,architectural perception always occupies a core position in the nine provinces of the Yellow River as a whole.It shows that Chinese architecture remains highly attractive to inbound tourists,and the main tourist attractions are Chinese-style temples and pagoda owners.The perception of natural scenery in Qinghai Province accounts for a high proportion,while the cultural perception of Henan Province is second only to the perception of architecture.In terms of attraction,the architectural perception of Henan is consistent with that of the nine provinces of the Yellow River as a whole,while the cultural perception is mainly historical relics and grotto culture,and the main tourist attractions of Qinghai Province are valleys and mountains.This also shows that the perception and attraction of tourists in different regions of the Yellow River basin are different.(2)The tourist hot spots are mainly distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,with Chengdu in Sichuan Province and Xi’an in Shanxi Province as the main core areas,while Zhengzhou in Henan Province and Qingdao in Shandong Province are the sub-core areas of inbound tourist agglomeration.It shows that Chengdu and Xi’an are the areas with rapid development of inbound tourism,followed by Zhengzhou and Qingdao.In terms of the characteristics of the law of evolution,Chengdu has expanded obviously to the surrounding scenic spots while maintaining the core hot spots from 2010 to 2019.Although Xi’an has always maintained the core hot spot area,the tourist footprint hot spot area has no obvious expansion,and the development is relatively isolated.From 2016 to 2017,the Xining in Qinghai expanded significantly with the Crescent Spring Scenic area in Gansu and the Great Buddha Temple Scenic spot in Zhangye,and forming a tourist area.(3)In the evolution of spatial network structure,the flow space of tourists is mainly in the limited nodes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.The Yellow River basin changes from sparse lines,simple network structure to high correlation degree,and the number of nodes increases gradually.The direction of complex spatial network structure.From 2010 to 2019,the routes between Xi’an and Chengdu have always been first-class tourist routes for inbound tourists.From 2012 to 2013,there were more nodes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,and the axis became denser,spreading from the middle to the edge,and the correlation degree of the spatial network structure in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River was enhanced.From 2016 to 2017,There are more axes between the Crescent Spring Scenic spot in Dunhuang and The Great Buddha Temple Scenic spot,Jiayuguan cultural relic Scenic spot and Qinghai Lake Scenic spot in Zhangye of Gansu,and the contact is beginning to strengthen.In this paper,the Yellow River flows through nine provinces as the study area,using scene identification and the evolution of tourist behavior to get the law of the evolution of tourists’ perception and behavior.Tourist perception can help provinces to clarify their own tourism resources development status and advantages and provide reference for further tourism resources development.The popular tourist routes and spatial connections of tourists can be obtained in the study of tourist behavior.to provide data support for the cooperative development of inter-regional tourism destinations,the planning of tourism routes,the development of tourism destinations,the expansion of tourism market and the formulation of marketing strategies,in order to promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin. |
