A Study On The Discourse Strategies Of The On-camera Reporters Of Xiao Li Help In Henan Radio And Television Station

As an extension form of people’s livelihood news,help news programs have changed from simply showing objective facts to intervening reports,becoming one of the ways for ordinary people to seek solutions to problems.Henan Radio and Television Station’s "Xiao Li Help" has been on the air since 2009,and has been widely praised for its strong service and unique format.The program focuses on providing help for the difficult and troublesome things in the life of ordinary people.The 21 on-camera reporters "Xiao Li" are the key figures to help.They use their own words to control the context of the program and coordinate the conflict between the parties.The era of convergence media gives "Xiao Li" more possibilities for development and exposes them to the supervision of the public.The popular reports will naturally be affirmed by the audience,but people’s doubts on the reports of journalists will also affect the reputation of the program.Therefore,how to continuously improve the level of discourse expression and optimize the discourse strategies of the reporters in the news programs about helping people’s livelihood is an issue that needs to be discussed by the current academic circle and the industry.This study takes the reporter of "Xiao Li Help" as the research object,and adopts literature research method,case analysis method and in-depth interview method to study the reporter’s discourse strategies.First of all,this paper expounds the concept and development status of livelihood news programs,on-camera reporters and "Xiao Li Help" program,so as to obtain a macro vision of studying the discourse strategies of "Xiao Li Help" on-camera reporters.Secondly,the selection mechanism and causes of journalists’ discourse strategies cannot be separated from the influence of context.This paper will further reveal how "Xiao Li" will use discourse expression strategies to accomplish the purpose of verbal communication under the influence of social context,media context,program context and other factors.Thirdly,focusing on the specific research object,the discourse expression of "Xiao Li" is analyzed from a large number of corpus texts,and the discourse strategies of "Xiao Li" in guiding,controlling the scene and mediating are summarized,so as to explore how they solve the contradictions and disputes of the parties in the program with high quality and promote the progress of the program.At present,there are still some problems in the use of language,such as the lack of standardization,sense of proportion and extensibility of discourse expression,which have weakened the communication effect of the program to a certain extent.Therefore,under the current media ecology,this study puts forward the path to improve the discourse expression of reporters in helping people’s livelihood news programs.Journalists need to correct their own discourse role position,integrate Internet thinking into event comments,and reserve appropriate psychological,policy and legal knowledge,so as to effectively improve their own discourse expression ability,and freely control and control various situations in the program.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference suggestions for the language creation of the reporters of the help news programs about people’s livelihood,and provide certain reference value for the future development direction of the journalists.
