Research On Hearing Service APP Design Based On Experience Design Theor

The development of the Internet has promoted the improvement of service apps,and also prompted people to pay attention to the hearing-impaired people forgotten by the rapidly developing society.As a branch of hearing-impaired people,college students with hearing impairment have a higher demand for communication,exchange and experience than other groups.How to use experience design theory and hearing service APP to build a bridge of communication between hearing impaired college students and society,break the communication barrier,and improve the sense of use experience and social experience of hearing impaired college students is worthy of scholars’ thinking and action.This topic combines experience design theory with listening service APP.First,define the definition,connotation and structure of experience design;Based on the experience design theory and the current status of listening service APP,the necessity and feasibility of improving the experience of listening service APP are analyzed.Secondly,the target user of this topic is precisely positioned as college students with hearing impairment,and the user survey is carried out.Collect a wide range of user needs through quantitative analysis;The interview script is sorted out based on the initial needs of users,and representative users are recruited to conduct in-depth demand exploration through online interview.The KANO model is used to prioritize the summarized requirements.In order to solve the problem of fuzzy demand,experience design theory is introduced to summarize design strategy,and FBS model is introduced to transform and integrate "demand-function-behavior-structure" as design key points.Finally,in order to improve the sense of user experience of college students with hearing impairment,the design practice of listening service APP was completed from both mobile terminal and web terminal,and the design evaluation was carried out.This topic systematically analyzes the significance of experience design theory to guide listening service APP,further broadens the application field of experience design theory,provides a new direction for the development of experience design,and also provides theoretical support for the development of listening service APP.By mining and sorting out the needs of the target population,the relevant research data of college students with hearing impairment are supplemented.Guided by the concept of experience design,the functional arrangement and interface design of the listening service APP are completed,which provides strategies and cases for reference for the guidance of the concept of experience design to the listening service APP,and promotes the attention of the society to the hearing impaired.
