| With the development of economy and society,the opportunities and challenges of the traditional book publishing industry coexist in the current situation of our country.On the one hand,the state strongly supports the cultural industry,publishing enterprises ushered in the rapid development of the "golden period";On the other hand,with the emergence of new media,digital publishing technology and the competition of foreign publishing enterprises,the competition in the publishing market is becoming more and more fierce,and the risks faced by enterprises are also increasing.How to strengthen the risk control of book publishing and improve the competitiveness of products has become a practical problem to be solved in traditional book publishing enterprises.At present,the academic circles have done a lot of research on the theory of risk management,but there is not much research on the major of risk management in book publishing.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the publishing process of X Publishing House,combined with the process of risk identification,analysis and evaluation of the specific traditional book publishing projects,combined with the author's practical experience.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the risk response and prevention of book publishing enterprises.First of all,this paper expounds and compares the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,and combs the process of traditional book publishing and distribution.It also analyzes the feasibility of introducing risk management into the traditional book publishing and distribution project.Secondly,it summarizes the traditional book publishing and distribution project risk management theory,summarizes and selects the methods of risk identification and risk analysis.Taking the book "XX teaches you to make Internet Celebrity Cake" published by X Publishing House as an example,this paper summarizes the risk factors that affect the traditional book publishing and distribution project according to the literature review and work experience.After the investigation,the risk factors are refined,and the 10 most important risk factors are found out.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the risk of traditional book publishing and distribution projects.Finally,the paper puts forward the risk management methods of propaganda and marketing,topic planning and management in the traditional book publishing and distribution project.These countermeasures include constructing the propaganda and marketing system,speeding up the intelligent transformation,reasonably determining the first printing quantity of books and so on.The contribution of this paper lies primarily in applying the project risk management theory to the publishing industry.Taking the traditional book publishing project of the author's publishing house as an example,this paper makes a study on the risk analysis and preventive countermeasures of the case project.And the paper not only provides a reference for the theory and practice of risk control,but also provides some experience for the risk control of book publishing projects. |
