The quality and safety control of agricultural products has a crucial impact on people’s physical health,and the traceability of agricultural products is a necessary means of quality and safety control.Most current traceability systems are centrally stored.This centralized storage mode is vulnerable to attack or tampering,and also has the risk of single point of failure.Once the central node fails,the entire system will be paralyzed.In addition,these systems typically use a single database to store traceability data,which increases the risk of data loss.Therefore,a more reliable and efficient traceability system is needed to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,in order to ensure people’s physical health.Blockchain has the characteristics of security,efficiency,reliability,and decentralization.This article is based on the research on agricultural product traceability using blockchain technology.It focuses on the application of blockchain technology in agricultural product traceability,analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,designing and implementing privacy protection schemes,and designing and implementing a blockchain based agricultural product traceability system to complete the application and research of blockchain technology in agricultur al product traceability systems.The main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,the background and fundamental significance of agricultural product traceability were discussed,and the existing agricultural product traceability systems and blockchain technology applications at home and abroad were analyzed.It was clarified that the core content of this study is to apply blockchain technology to the field of agricultural product traceability,ensuring the authenticity and credibility of agricultural product traceability information.(2)Secondly,the relevant theories of blockchain were introduced,and privacy protection schemes were designed and implemented.By combining the super ledger with privacy protection schemes,a privacy protection scheme was implemente d,which is concise,efficient,non interactive,and solves data security issues.(3)Then,design and implement an agricultural product traceability system based on blockchain technology to trace the entire lifecycle of agricultural products from production to consumption,ensure the transparency and authenticity of agricultural product information,improve consumers’ trust and satisfaction with agricultural products,and thereby enhance the level of food safety assurance.The system proposes architecture design and database solution,divides different functional modules,and achieves full traceability from agricultural product planting to consumption.When selecting the system development environment and architecture mode,the principles of system architec ture design were followed,and factors such as security and scalability were considered.(4)Finally,functional and safety testing will be conducted on the developed agricultural product traceability system to ensure its stability,reliability,complete functionality,and safety.Through this blockchain based traceability system,it is possible to track agricultural product production data more accurately and efficiently,effectively ensuring food safety and enhancing consumer trust.
