| Since China’s rural As the internet spreads more widely around the world,people are increasingly relying on it to obtain information.The rapid development of the internet is also changing the industrial landscape of news media.In this media environment,public opinion guidance by government departments has become crucial and plays a key role.With the sharp increase in WeChat users,government WeChat official accounts have emerged in the emerging media environment.The rise of social software has given more discourse power to audiences,thus changing the roles of media as active communicators and audiences as passive recipients.Education issues are livelihood issues that touch every family and are also related to the future and hope of the country.Under the new media communication pattern,developing scientific and effective strategies for educational public opinion guidance is essential for achieving social stability and a virtuous cycle.As the most authoritative education institution in Guizhou Province,the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education should use the WeChat official account platform to disseminate information in a way that is close to the audience’s life while assuming government social responsibility.This article takes the Guizhou Education Release WeChat official account of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education as the research object.Based on the framework theory,it analyzes the public opinion guidance of "Guizhou Education Release" in educational public opinion events,identifies the factors that hinder its development,and proposes optimization solutions.The subject can be roughly divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the background and basis for choosing education WeChat official accounts such as "Guizhou Education Release." Through a literature review of the current research status of education governance WeChat official accounts,this article finds that there are relatively few studies on public opinion guidance by education governance WeChat official accounts,and they mainly focus on exploring the issue of traditional media and new media integration.There is a lack of research on how education government departments can speak out and guide public opinion correctly through WeChat official accounts,but there have been some findings on related research,which serves as the research value of this article.The second part analyzes the basic situation and development status of the "Guizhou Education Release" WeChat official account,and analyzes the characteristics of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education’s official WeChat public account "Guizhou Education Release" in guiding educational public opinion hotspots.This part mainly uses the framework theory to construct categories for the operational work of the "Guizhou Education Release" WeChat official account and conducts category analysis based on content.The third part analyzes the problems that exist in the public opinion guidance of the "Guizhou Education Release" WeChat official account based on previous research and proposes operable suggestions for public opinion guidance based on the discovered problems.Combining with the framework theory,this article summarizes a healthy,orderly,and virtuous guidance mode for the "Guizhou Education Release" WeChat official account,which plays a positive role in the continuous development of education governance WeChat public opinion guidance. |
