| With the improvement of comprehensive national strength and the arrival of the "great health" era,more and more residents begin to pay more attention to personal health issues,with the formation of health awareness,the demand for health information is also increasing year by year.As the mainstay of national construction and the backbone of social development,middle-aged people have unique social status and family status,and their needs for health information cannot be ignored.Public library is a social authority that provides information to the public.By virtue of its own social advantages,it provides health information services for middle-aged readers and can help middle-aged users obtain effective information with high accuracy and authority.With the development of The Times,the reading needs and service needs of readers of all ages are also changing.Therefore,making a positive and efficient response to the needs of readers will promote the public library to improve the pertinence and efficiency of its services.Therefore,the actual needs of middle-aged readers as a starting point,so as to provide middle-aged readers with more in line with their needs of health knowledge services.Therefore,the main issue of this study is to explore the health information needs of middle-aged users as a starting point,and then hope that public libraries can provide information services that match their needs.This paper will make an in-depth analysis of the needs of middle-aged users with the help of scene theory,take middle-aged users and their situations as the specific basis for discussion,and then summarize the usage scenarios according to their needs,and put forward specific suggestions for the improvement of services under different scenarios,in order to improve the ability of public libraries to provide health information services and the health information literacy of middle-aged users.Based on the research status at home and abroad on the health information behavior of middle-aged users,public library health information services and scenario-based services in literature survey,this paper adds the questionnaire survey method to conduct in-depth investigation and summary of the health needs of middle-aged users,and then analyzes the health information service needs of middle-aged users in a more comprehensive way.At the same time,according to the excellent cases of Hangzhou Library and Shenzhen Library,this paper analyzes and extracts the scene service provided by the public library at present,and combines the needs of middle-aged users to match six specific scenes,namely,function,space,technology,activity,service and mobile intelligence.According to the six specific scenarios,,and summarizes the deficiencies and prospects of the development of health information services for middle-aged users in public libraries. |
