| In recent years,the robotics industry has been developing.With the strong support of the state,intelligent robots will certainly be widely used and help the rapid development of education and cultural industries.At the same time,it also injects new vitality into the construction of libraries in China.On the one hand,it can provide innovative service forms,rich service types,and more effective service experience oriented to users’ needs;on the other hand,it can well reduce the personnel input in mechanized work and provide corresponding labor guarantee to cope with the possible aging of librarians in the future.Libraries provide intelligent services to bring novel experiences to reader groups,and also help build and reflect a public cultural service system that is basic,convenient,and for the public good.It plays an important role for libraries to achieve green development,intelligent service transformation,and enhance their self-worth.Starting from literature research,the study traces the clues of the application development of intelligent robots in libraries at home and abroad on the one hand;on the other hand,it explores the starting and ending points for libraries to improve their service efficiency with the help of user satisfaction models and comprehensive evaluation methods.In the research process,we investigate,and organize the current application status of intelligent robot services in libraries in China at the present stage through web browsing,checking news,sending consultation emails,etc.Combining the current situation of application,refer to other public service scenarios of service promotion,application mode and design ideas;design and analyze the questionnaire with the help of Kano model to explore the specific classification of 15 needs of intelligent robot services in libraries.After removing four undifferentiated needs that do not affect the satisfaction of the reader group,the 11 indicators that obviously have an impact on the satisfaction of the reader group are reclassified and classified into four criteria: physical substitution,intellectual substitution,intelligent innovation,and risk anticipation,and the evaluation study is conducted with the help of hierarchical analysis.Finally,based on the evaluation results,four optimization strategies were proposed: promoting technology integration to optimize the operation of intelligent robots;increasing intelligent devices to improve the experience of intelligent space;improving librarians’ literacy to build a "human-machine" integration system;and paying attention to user privacy to improve information security.Faced with the wave of artificial intelligence,libraries actively introduce artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data and other technologies to comply with the trend of the times.Although the development and use of intelligent robot services in libraries in China still have unbalanced regional development,with the continuous development of technology and the change of librarians’ awareness,intelligent robots and intelligent devices are no longer ornaments in libraries,but will be "librarians’ assistants" who participate in different aspects of libraries. |
