| Based on the study about evaluation of operational efficiency at home and abroad and combined with field research of Shen Nongju chain pharmacy,this paper presents a multi-level evaluation system of operational efficiency,which analyzes operational efficiency of chain drugstore separately from the overall efficiency,elements efficiency and relative effectiveness between the stores based on the DEA.First of all,according to the overall efficiency index determination principle to select overall efficiency evaluation index and construct model,the author uses it to contrast the overall efficiency of Shen Nongju with industry’s excellent’s,and analyzes the overall efficiency of the various stores.Then,through the analysis of input elements of chain pharmacy,from human efficiency,ping efficiency and commodities efficiency to evaluate Shen Nongju’s level in the industry,and conduct a comparative analysis among all stores of Shen Nongju.Finally,choosing"number of employees","business area" and "inventory" as input variables and choosing"main business income" and "net profit" as output variables,this article measures each store DEA relative efficiency and gives improvement direction for non DEA efficiency unit.The result shows that chain pharmacy of Shen Nongju has a good level in the industry virtue of the low-cost advantage,while there is a relatively large difference between each store of it.This paper analyses the reason lead to invalid and puts forward strategy to improve operation efficiency,what is locking the standardization during thechain operation,perfecting headquarters organization,establishing efficient human resources team,improving the efficiency of management of the goods and optimizing cash flow to be helpful to improve the operation efficiency of Chain Pharmacy of Shen Nongju.The evaluation system proposed by the paper has certain reference significance for the chain pharmacy industry and retail chain industry operation efficiency evaluation. |
