Objective Evaluation And Analysis Of The Quality Of Life Of Urban Residents In China

Along with the urbanization in our country,people in the pursuit of quality of life,profound changes have taken place,by the simple pursuit of quality of life to the pursuit of multi-level and comprehensive quality of life,therefore,it is of great application value to construct an appropriate evaluation indicator system to objectively evaluate and analyze the quality of life of urban residents in China and to deeply explore the differences between the quality of life of urban residents in China.Based on the connotation of quality of life and the living characteristics of urban residents in China,this paper selects 26 objective indicators from 9 aspects,including income level,consumption level,living conditions,education and culture,living environment,employment level,medical level,social security and transportation facilities to construct the evaluation indicator system of quality of life of urban residents in China.Firstly,discrimination analysis and correlation analysis are introduced in screening indicators,using descriptive statistics to analyze the indicators after screening,then using factor analysis to rank the quality of life of 32 urban residents in China in 2017,and according to the factor of composite scores for clustering analysis,the quality of life of the 32 cities in China can be divided into four categories.In addition,the I-Distance method is used to calculate the I-Distance value of the quality of life of each city resident and rank them.The weight of each level indicator is weighted by the CIDI method,and the indicator is eliminated according to the determination coefficient and the average determination coefficient of the indicator.Finally,the research results show that the internal development of the quality of life of urban residents in China is uneven,the development of the quality of life of urban residents is unbalanced between regions in China,the most significant factors affecting the objective evaluation and analysis of the quality of life of urban residents in China are income level and social security,and the most important indicators are per capita GDP,per capita disposable income and per capita consumption expenditure.According to the existing research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of life of urban residents in China,such as by promoting high-quality economic development,improving the social security system,ensuring and improving living conditions,actively promoting the construction of ecological civilization and building a social environment conducive to urban residents’ life.
