Ensuring 1.8 billion acres of arable land red line and basic farmland red line is an important means of controlling urban sprawl,which is also the foundation of the national food security and the agricultural development as well as the agricultural modernization.However,there are many problems in the basic farmland delineation,in reality,because several local governments are confined to short-term interests,or lack of multi-regulation parallel planning and other issues.This paper explores the two aspects of the basic farmland index decomposition and the construction of cultivated land into the basic farmland quality evaluation system.Taking into account the various factors affecting the rational decomposition of basic farmland indicators,give priority to the production capacity,ecological quality,location and good conditions into the basic farmland.The layout of the basic farmland after the scientific and reasonable.Dongxiang County 17 township-level administrative areas as decomposition unit,based on the conditions of land use in each decomposition unit,the land demand and agricultural development conditions were analyzed,and the ecological conditions of cultivated land were statistics.Based on the study of the relevant literature,13 influencing factor factors were selected,and the weights of the decomposing units were calculated by principal component analysis.On the basis of this,the general index of the basic farmland protection of 480,600 mu in Dongxiang County was decomposed into the township Administrative area.This paper chooses 15 evaluation indexes and constructs the quality evaluation system from the natural quality,ecological quality and location of the cultivated land.Then,after quantifying the scores of each evaluation index,the weight of each indexis calculated by means of entropy method and the comprehensive score of each evaluation unit is calculated.Through the results of cultivated land quality assessment,the appropriateness of cultivated land into basic farmland is divided into four grades.According to the basic farmland protection index decomposition results and the township administrative area of the plots of plots to delineate the basic farmland layout.After comparative analysis of the theoretical delineation result and actual delineation result from the quantity,quality and distribution aspects,our research find that the the theoretical delineation basic farmland have a large quantity,higher quality and more reasonable location.Finally,the main conclusions of this study are reviewed,and the shortcomings of the research are summarized,and put forward some suggestions for the following study after exploring the research prospect.
