Does The Pilot Free Trade Zone Promote The Agglomeration Of Service Industry

Since 1990,the global economy become warm and the economic construction of various countries has also changed.The service part,which had previously been relatively small,has grown in proportion to the overall national economy.Among them,among the whole service industry,high-tech industry is the most obvious.Therefore,now in the national wealth intensity of consideration,the main reference to its level of production and service.The middle and district governments think highly of the development of producer services in these years.So as to encourage the development of service trade,China has started to search the building of pilot FTZ to help the high-quality development of the service trades,regional service trades also shows a certain trend of aggregation.In this context,this paper lucubrates the influence the pilot FTZ of Shanghai on the degree of service trades agglomeration,and analyzes the internal relationship between the two.Based on the relevant theoretical background,and referring to the actual situation,this article uses the research means of adjoining mensurable method with qualitative method.Following the research on the pilot FTZ and the agglomeration of producer services,this article concludes the development and current situation of the service trades in the pilot free trade zone,and makes the current chart,trying to gather the service industry at the provincial level from the perspective of the producer service trades involving the six major sectors,this paper analyzes the effect of pilot FTZ on the agglomeration of producer services.Primarily,through the academic perspective,the article judges the effect path of the policy analysis of the pilot FTZ on the service industry agglomeration from three aspects: trade facilitation,investment liberalization,and government service capacity optimization,after excluding the three provinces and municipalities that established the pilot FTZ in 2016,and considering whether the effect of the policy is sufficient,we chose the face-plate information between 2007 and 2018 about 28 provinces and municipalities in China,the location entropy index is chosen to amount the agglomeration level of director service enterprises,and the location entropy index of director service enterprises in Shanghai in recent years is described,this paper studies the impact of pilot free trade zones on producer services agglomeration in Shanghai.The direct results show that the building of the free trade zone has a crucial supporting effect on the agglomeration of producer services in Shanghai.The judgement is effective as before after the robustness test.Finally,under the presentation of talents,administrative management system and risk prevention in the building of the FTZ.The article presents reasonable suggestions to help Shanghai grasp the opportunity and face up to the challenges bravely,better development when the service industry to a new level.In addition,other pilot free trade zones in the country as a model to learn and apply local experience.
