The Study On Industry Association Effect Of Expand The Producer Services Opening-From Bonded Area To Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone

The world economy has developed rapidly since the 1990s, services has an increased proportion and higher status in national economies of all countries, The development of high and new technology service industry is particularly prominent. The level of producer services is one of the important standards to measure the degree of prosperity of the country. This paper is based on the data of Shanghai economic data from 1990 to 2015 and the input-output table of Shanghai in 2002 and 2007 years. By using input-output analysis and grey relational analysis, author analyzes the opening up process of producer services from entering the WTO to establish a complete set of bonded zone to Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone to expand the opening of progressive expansion and the effect and influence of the expansion of open between the high-end manufacturing industry and producer services. The empirical results show that:after the establishment of the bonded zone. In order to build a manufacturing industry and service industry comprehensive opening pattern, after the establishment of the FTA in 2013 in Shanghai, we need further expand the producer service opening to the outside world and promote the transformation of industrial structure in Shanghai to the third industry, to promote the development of Shanghai and even the national economy.The paper consist of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background of the paper, research methods, innovative ideas and inadequate aspects. In the second chapter, on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign related research, this paper summarizes the basic concept and classification of producer services, and summarizes the relevant theories and reviewed the present research of the producer services. The third chapter, Author analyzes the expansion and open-up of producer services in Shanghai. Since the establishment of the bonded zone, the expansion of the opening has promoted the transformation of the industrial structure of Shanghai and the rapid development of producer services, and expanded the scale of the employment services. But at the same time, it is also found that the openness of producer services is still not enough.
