| With the new round of network technology revolution,the concept of smart cities and green living is proposed,the public has put forward thoughts on the safety and convenience of existing logistics enterprises,which brings challenges and opportunities to the further development of logistics enterprises.UAV urban distribution is an emerging logistics model,benefiting from its advantages of high distribution efficiency,saving labor costs,strong adaptability,and low distribution requirements,it is expected to become a new opportunity for the development of logistics enterprises in the future.Under the joint promotion of technology and the market,the industrial scale of civilian drones is growing rapidly,and their applications in social production and life are becoming more and more extensive.Theoretical circles have gradually shifted their focus from path planning to research on the constraints of UAV urban delivery.Scholars put forward constraints such as drone noise,existing infrastructure,airspace restrictions,and acceptance.Therefore,based on the comprehensive consideration of multiple factors on the impact mechanism of UAV city operations,this paper proposes one of the key constraints on UAV city operations,and the acceptance of residents.Based on the perspective of residents’ concern about UAV city operation,the factors that affect the acceptance of residents are explored,and the measurement model of residents’ acceptance is constructed to complete the quantitative evaluation and analysis of residents’ acceptance.Provide scientific support for UAV route planning and the formulation of UAV regulatory standards.The main research content of the article has the following aspects.(1)Research on the restrictive factors of UAV city operation.Use exploratory case study methods to design drone delivery reference missions,conduct a comprehensive review of the reference missions based on actual geographic data and actual geographic data and machine parameters,propose a UAV city operation impact mechanism map,and verify that the residents’ acceptance is the key constraints of drone city operations.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of residents’ acceptance.Based on the classic technology acceptance theory,increasing the perceived risk and cognitive level variables,a technology acceptance model for UAV city operation is proposed.A questionnaire was designed,and 547 valid data were collected through multiple methods to verify the causal relationship model between the variables that affect the acceptance of residents and the coefficients between the variables of the model.Residents accept the measurement model research.Considering residents’ concerns about drone operation noise,safety,and privacy,construct a resident acceptance measurement model,and select a school district as an example scenario,and use GIS to take data from the community’s low-altitude 30-60 m airspace through the use of resident acceptance Carry out evaluation and analysis,and thus prove the operability of the model. |
