| Talent is the foundation for a long time.At present,a new round of information technology revolution is booming,emerging industries are constantly emerging,all countries in the world are seizing opportunities,the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce.Motivation,as the core topic of modern human resource management,is closely watched by heads of government and experts and scholars all over the world.Incentive mechanism,as an important grasp to stimulate talent potential,is naturally widely sought after.Our country is in the key period of striving hard to achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and realizing the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,attaches great importance to the work of building the contingent of cadres,and has successively issued several programmatic documents,aiming at perfecting various incentive mechanisms for cadres and workers,standardizing the procedures for selecting and employing personnel,and optimizing the environment for the growth of cadres and workers.On the basis of studying the famous incentive theory at home and abroad and the relevant literature on the research status of incentive mechanism,this paper comprehensively combs the implementation of the current incentive mechanism for staff in Nyingchi Central Branch of the People’s Bank of China(hereinafter referred to as Nyingchi Central Branch).By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and SPSS statistical software,this paper points out the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of staff in Nyingchi central branch.Using Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs,Locke’s theory of goal setting,Adams’ theory of fairness and so on,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of staff in Nyingchi central branch from four aspects,such as making up the short board of capability,optimizing system design,strengthening supervision and discipline enforcement,and highlighting demand-oriented,so as to solve the problem of incentive failure and stimulate the entrepreneurial passion of cadres and employees,Efforts should be made to improve the ability and quality of staff,and the level of performance. |
