| Since 2020,the impact of COVID-19 has posed great challenges to the survival and development of Chinese enterprises.Driven by policy guidance and demand upgrading,Chinese enterprises actively respond to the crisis through technological innovation,platform cooperation and business integration,Some achievements have been made in adapting to changes in the external social and economic situation.During the crisis,enterprises have generated diversified action plan experience through innovation and acquisition,laying the foundation for long-term competitiveness and adaptability.However,how enterprises adopt the positive response orientation at the strategic level to help them deal with threats and realize the subsequent adaptation to the external environment,and what situational factors will affect them in the process of implementation,has become a problem to be explored.Therefore,based on the adaptive perspective,this paper constructs a logical framework for enterprises from positive crisis response orientation to strategic learning and then to adaptive performance,and explores the chain intermediary role of strategic knowledge creation and strategic knowledge integration in the process from positive crisis response orientation to adaptive performance through the implementation process of strategic knowledge;At the same time,the regulation mechanism of enterprise process digitization is introduced in order to reveal the internal differences of the implementation effect of enterprise strategic knowledge under different digitization levels.Through the empirical test of 421 sample enterprise data,it is found that:first,positive crisis response orientation has a positive impact on enterprise adaptive performance;Secondly,it verifies the intermediary role of each sub process of strategic learning,and strategic knowledge creation and strategic knowledge integration play a chain intermediary role between positive crisis response orientation and enterprise adaptive performance through strategic knowledge implementation respectively;Third,the degree of enterprise process digitization positively regulates the chain intermediary role of strategic knowledge implementation between positive crisis response orientation and adaptive performance.The higher the degree of enterprise process digitization,the stronger the impact of positive crisis response orientation on adaptive performance through strategic knowledge.Taking the realization process of enterprise adaptive performance as the research main line,this paper puts the behavior mode,organizational learning process and digital degree in enterprise crisis into the theoretical framework of organizational adaptation view,and constructs the action model of "positive crisis response orientation strategic learning adaptive performance".The research confirms the positive impact of positive crisis response orientation on adaptive performance results,and advocates that enterprises accumulate action experience and resource base by means of innovation and acquisition in the crisis,and internalize and apply knowledge through the learning process at the strategic level,so as to play an adaptive role in the complex and changeable environment in the future.At the same time,it provides practical enlightenment for enterprises to take action plans in response to similar crises,which is helpful for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing enterprises to meet the modern complex and changeable market demand. |
