With the comprehensive implementation of green production and consumption in China,new energy vehicles have been realized from few to everywhere,China has become the world’s largest new energy vehicle consumption market.However,the losses of new energy car manufacturing enterprises are also increasing while the revenue is doubled.At present,China’s new energy car manufacturing enterprises have not realized the positive net profit,and the pressure of seeking profit model innovation is increasing day by day.In this situation,the "new force" of automobile manufacturing needs to accurately grasp the market dynamics,seize the opportunities and meet the challenges in the market environment with both opportunities and challenges,constantly explore and improve its profit model,and achieve profit breakthrough as soon as possible.By combing relevant literature on profit model,this paper takes Xiaopeng Automobile as the research object and compares the profit model of Xiaopeng Automobile with that of automobile manufacturing industry based on the theory of four elements of profit model,and preliminarily analyzes the profit model and profitability of Xiaopeng Automobile.Combined with the actual situation of Xiaopeng Automobile,the evaluation index of xiaopeng Automobile profit model is preliminarily determined by questionnaire survey,and the evaluation index system is constructed by ahp.Finally,the profit model of Xiaopeng automobile is evaluated by comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)xiaopeng automobile currently adopts the profit model based on product profit.Although the overall performance is good,there are differences among various elements.Among them,the profit source performed poorly,the profit point performed well,the profit measure performed well,and the profit barrier performed well.(2)As a key factor to measure the profitability of an enterprise,the profit source of Xiaopeng Automobile shows poor performance in this factor,which should be focused on and improved.(3)The four elements of the profit model are interrelated and influence each other.Enterprises first determine profit points and profit sources through market analysis and product positioning,and then improve their profitability through constantly improving profit measures.Finally,excellent profit measures will be transformed into profit barriers for enterprises.(4)Aiming at the profit model of Xiaopeng Automobile based on products,this paper puts forward the optimization of production capacity and innovation of business model;Change the operation concept,realize the full cycle quality control;Upgrade the brand image,pay attention to intelligent publicity;We should make r&d projects more targeted and open r&d cooperation.
