| With the advent of the 5G era,the management of communication infrastructure construction projects has also brought unprecedented challenges.Compared with 4G projects,the number of 5G projects has shown an exponential growth.How to better complete multiproject management under a large number of 5G projects is the operation and management needs of enterprises,and the idea of refined management also puts forward higher requirements for multi-project management.5G base station projects have the characteristics of a large number,small construction scale,short construction period,low cost,wide geographical divisions,and complex scenarios.In engineering projects,there are common resource conflicts such as human resources and engineering material resources.Therefore,combining enterprise strategy with project management objectives,rationally formulating project schedule and resource allocation,and how to establish a scientific multi-project management system are urgent problems to be solved.This thesis combines the author’s first theoretical research on multi-project management,resource allocation and project priority evaluation,as the theoretical basis for CT company’s 5G multi-project management exploration.Then,based on the multi-project management experience in practice,taking CT company’s 5G project multi-project management as the starting point for analysis,the interview method is used to summarize the material resources and human resources problems existing in multi-project management.By collecting management suggestions from interviewed experts,combined with the theoretical study of multi-project resource allocation and project priority evaluation,a multi-project management optimization plan for CT’s 5G project was established.The plan includes organizational adjustment,establishment of a project management office,optimization of material management and establishment of a resource allocation plan based on a multi-project priority evaluation system.Among them,this article focuses on the establishment method of the multiproject priority evaluation system.Specifically,it combines the characteristics of CT Company’s 5G engineering projects,uses the brainstorming method,and takes CT Company’s corporate positioning as the core,from the dimensions of strategy,benefit,implementation and risk.Multi-project priority evaluation indicators.The entropy weight method is introduced into the multi-item priority evaluation,the index importance data is collected by means of a questionnaire,the calculation steps and step-by-step results are introduced,and the evaluation weight of each dimension index is finally obtained.After that,build the priority index evaluation model of CT company’s 5G multi-project management,define the index scoring standard,and finally form the CT company’s 5G multi-project management priority evaluation system.Based on the multi-project priority management system,formulate the final multiproject management configuration scheme theory.Finally,taking the 5G multi-project management of CT company’s pilot branch as an example,the trial is carried out in terms of organizational management,material resource management,application of multi-project priority evaluation system,and specific resource allocation to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.The method in this thesis is based on the actual management situation of CT company’s 5G engineering projects,combined with daily project management experience,and through pilot tests,it is proved that this method has improved the current situation of project management in pilot cities to a certain extent,and improved the level of multi-project management.,effectively enhance the perception of demand customers,thus completing the strategic goals of the enterprise.At the same time,it provides a reference template for the multiproject management of other companies in the communication industry. |
