Research On The Impact Of Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zones On The Capacity Utilization Level Of Enterprises

Since "the Belt and Road" initiative was put forward.Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones have entered a stage of rapid development,becoming an important platform for promoting foreign investment and cooperation,promoting the development of industrial clusters,and helping manufacturing enterprises to carry out foreign investment in the cluster and chain type.At the same time,Chinese manufacturing industry is entering a new stage of development,facing problems such as insufficient capacity utilization.Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and effectively resolving excess capacity can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of China’s manufacturing industry.Under the background of China’s all-round integration into the global economy,international capacity cooperation has become an important breakthrough to resolve the problem of capacity utilization.This thesis starts from the internationalization behavior of manufacturing enterprises investing in Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones to study the impact of Zones on the level of capacity utilization of enterprises.First of all,on the basis of the existing theory and research,this thesis analyzes the mechanism and path of Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones affecting the level of capacity utilization of enterprises;secondly,using SFA and DEA to measure and analyze the level of capacity utilization of enterprises;finally,through empirical research to test Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones The effect on the level of enterprise capacity utilization.The following conclusions can be drawn through the research of this thesis:first,Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones can effectively improve the capacity utilization level of manufacturing enterprises in the Zones;second,Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones can improve the capacity utilization level of manufacturing enterprises in the Zones through technological progress and market expansion;third,from the perspective of enterprises,the effect of Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones on the capacity utilization level of state-owned enterprises and enterprises in coastal areas is more obvious;fourth,from the perspective of the country where the Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones are located.the Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones of non-neighboring countries and countries that have not signed an FTA agreement with China In the Zones,the improvement of the capacity utilization level of enterprises is more obvious.Based on the conclusions,this thesis proposes the following suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of production capacity utilization:use Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones to carry out international capacity cooperation;clarify cooperation areas and reasonably plan the location of zones;accelerate innovation-driven,promote enterprise transformation and upgrading;strengthen international marketing,there are orderly increase capacity utilization.
