Research On The Supervision Of Live E-commerce From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governanc

In today’s world,people are embarking on a new life journey in the midst of globalisation and networking.As a product of "Internet + e-commerce",live e-commerce has gained popularity among consumers because of its wide range of products,affordable prices,convenient delivery and personalised services.The rapid expansion of domestic live e-commerce platforms in recent years has also exposed many problems in the live e-commerce industry.At present,China’s live e-commerce industry regulation is still in the initial stage,the government is the most important regulatory body,bearing the main regulatory responsibility.However,compared to the traditional retail industry,live e-commerce has a virtual and non-intuitive nature of transactions,while adding more process links,making live e-commerce regulation more difficult.It is therefore difficult to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of regulation if it relies solely on the Government,and it is a trend for multiple entities to participate in regulation.This paper focuses on the current key practical issue of live e-commerce regulation,with the research objective of improving the interaction mechanism between government and live e-commerce platforms,merchants and consumers,and optimising the path of live e-commerce regulation.This paper firstly details the relevant concepts and theoretical underpinnings in a planned and systematic manner,and illustrates the practical path and applicability of collaborative governance theory.Secondly,the current need for live e-commerce regulation and the current state of regulation will be analysed in relation to specific cases.In addition,the dilemmas in the process of live e-commerce regulation and their causes will be analysed from the perspective of collaborative governance.Finally,on the basis of the theory of collaborative governance,specific suggestions are made on how to improve the regulation of live e-commerce from the perspective of reasonably sharing the functions of various subjects,optimising the regulatory mechanism and process,and using new technologies to update the regulatory tools.The theory of collaborative governance advocates the participation of multiple actors,each playing a different role,to realise mutual benefits through coordination,communication and cooperation,the elimination of the contradictions and barriers that exist in reality,the optimization of the action capacity and resource allocation of the subjects,and the realization of joint action on the basis of resource sharing,so as to achieve the optimization of live e-commerce regulation.
