With the rapid development of economy,the live streaming e-commerce industry has also emerged.Celebrities,big V’s,celebrity hosts and government officials have become the new topic of online marketing,flooding into the live streaming e-commerce industry to promote innovation in China’s economic development.As an emerging e-commerce industry,live streaming e-commerce has the characteristics of multiple subjects,complex legal relations and rapid development,which brings many regulatory problems,such as the defects of the regulatory legal system,overlapping powers of regulatory departments,unclear legal nature of regulatory subjects,and imperfect collaborative regulatory mechanism.This paper starts with the development of live streaming e-commerce in Linyi City and the current situation of government supervision to discuss the development and supervision of live streaming e-commerce in Linyi City.From the perspective of government regulation,this paper deeply analyzes and sorts out the necessity for the government to implement regulatory responsibilities in the development of live streaming e-commerce,and finds the existing problems in inter-governmental regulation of live streaming e-commerce,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:unreasonable regulatory system;The regulatory process is incomplete;The level of regulatory capacity is limited.At the same time,it also deeply analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,the main body of supervision is not reasonable,the linkage effect of departments is poor;Pay attention to supervision in advance,neglect supervision afterwards;Supervision team and technical level is not high.In order to better standardize the live streaming e-commerce industry,it is necessary to establish a sound supervision mechanism and establish the concept of co-construction and co-governance.First of all,we should define the regulatory body and improve the diversified regulatory system.Thirdly,we should improve the supervision process and enrich the supervision means.Finally,we should enrich the regulatory force and improve the regulatory technology.At present,and the government’s management of the Internet industry is still in the process of rectification.Therefore,the government management system for the rapid rise of live streaming e-commerce is still in its infancy.In the supervision work of the government management department,it is necessary to actively explore the supervision mode and means,promote the healthy development of the live streaming e-commerce industry.
