With the acquisition of 5G commercial license by China Broadcasting Network Group Corporation Ltd,the integration of China Radio and Television network and the integration of RADIO and television 5G is being steadily implemented.After being monopolized by the three major operators for many years,the basic telecommunication industry has ushered in a new development and change.As a new entrant,it is urgent to find out how to have a place in the fierce market competition.Based on D provincial Cable TV as the research object,on the theory of competitive strategy,using the theory of strategic tools,through the PEST analysis,porter five strategic management means such as model analysis,for the telecom industry in China and radio and television broadband system analysis.With the help of EFE matrix and IFE matrix,the thesis analyzes the external environment and internal advantages and disadvantages of D provincial Cable TV and puts forward three alternative competitive strategies of broadband business of D provincial Cable TV,and then determines the differentiated competitive strategy for broadband business of D provincial Cable TV,through the quantitative analysis tool QPSM matrix in strategic management.Finally,this thesis makes the implementation measures of broadband business competition strategy of D provincial Cable TV,and makes the corresponding safeguard measures.After analyzing D provincial Cable TV,this thesis obtained the following results:The communication industry has huge market potential,and 5G will create a huge blue ocean market after it is commercialized.The integration of cable TV and the integrated development of RADIO and television 5G in China,as well as the commercial operation of RADIO and television 5G and the allocation operation of 192 have brought huge development opportunities to radio and television companies.The intensive operation of national broadband service gradually improves the industry competitiveness of radio and television broadband service;Under the favorable external environment,abundant internal resources,huge cable TV business groups and complete qualification and license issues,Radio and Television focuses on exploring the development mode of "mobile phone+TV+broadband+voice+X"fully integrated business system.
