With the development of society,economy and technology,China is actively developing industrial digitalization and intelligence,and one of the important areas of industrial digitalization is Product Lifecycle Management(PLM),which is a leading position in the domestic market of industrial manufacturing industry due to the early layout of Group Y’s PLM business.However,as the market environment continues to change and the internal structure continues to be adjusted,various factors require Group Y’s PLM business to clarify its competitive strategy and maintain its competitive advantage.Translated with www.Deep L.com/Translator(free version)Based on the theory of enterprise competitive strategy management,this paper explores the competitive strategy suitable for Group Y’s PLM business.Firstly,the macro external environment and industry competition environment of Group Y’s PLM business were analyzed based on the PEST and competitive five forces analysis model,and seven opportunities and six threats were summarized,and then the opportunities and threat factors screened out by the questionnaire interview were evaluated by using the EFE matrix,and it was found that the PLM business of Group Y could make full use of policy support and eliminate some of the threat impacts.Secondly,taking the PLM business link as the core,the internal resources and internal capabilities are analyzed,six advantages and five disadvantages are summarized,and then the IFE matrix is used to evaluate the internal advantages and disadvantages combined with the questionnaire interview results,and it is concluded that the internal management of the PLM business team of Group Y is relatively weak and needs to make full use of resources.Then,the SWOT matrix is used to formulate alternative strategies,and the QSPM matrix is used to assist in the selection of strategies.Finally,according to the four factors of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages in the process of internal and external environment analysis,suggestions and safeguard measures for the implementation of competitive strategies are put forward in a targeted manner.Finally,this paper shows that the optimal competitive strategy of Group Y’s PLM business is the differentiation strategy,which builds brand and channel differentiation in marketing.In terms of products,carbon footprint function was added and differentiated cloud products were launched;In terms of services,it relies on strategic ecological partners to provide customers with personalized services;In terms of marketing,it uses Group Y’s unique strategic ecology to grasp key customers.The guarantee of differentiated strategy revolves around three aspects: organizational management,cultural construction and network security,mainly to optimize the organizational structure and improve the talent system;Strengthen cultural construction and improve rules and regulations;Establish network information security risk mechanisms and safeguard measures. |
