Research On The Historical Evolution Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance In China’s Manufacturing Enterprises From The Perspective Of Capital

The financial industry is the blood of the real economy and plays an important role in all aspects of manufacturing operation.It is the purpose and duty of the financial industry to serve the real economy.As the pillar industry of the real economy,manufacturing enterprises are facing a series of urgent problems such as transformation and upgrading under the background of Made in China 2025.From the perspective of capital,the circulating capital in the society can be divided into industrial capital and financial capital.The dynamic integration between the two kinds of capital plays an important role in economic operation.Based on the current situation of the combination of industry and finance in China’s manufacturing enterprises,it is of great significance to summarize the historical rules and evolution process,study the evolution state of industrial capital and financial capital over the years,and clarify the historical logic behind the formation of problems at this stage.Based on Marx’s capital theory,this paper uses literature research method,inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning method and case analysis method to sort out the history of industry and finance integration of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of capital,and takes the evolution of industrial capital and financial capital in the historical evolution of industry and finance integration of manufacturing enterprises as the research object.To analyze its activities in the field of manufacturing and its effect on the development of manufacturing and function,and according to the manufacturing enterprise with melting the capital evolution of the industrial capital and financial capital in the form and the correlation degree between the two,with the purpose of the manufacturing enterprises to carry out with melting process of its historical evolution stage in order to start,fluctuation,the innovation phase of three phases,This paper analyzes the purpose,mechanism and existing problems of the integration of industrial capital and financial capital in different stages,and clarifies the historical logic of the formation of the modern integration of industry and finance in manufacturing enterprises.The main conclusions of this paper are: the fundamental driving force of the combination of industry and finance lies in the profit-seeking of capital;The connotation of the combination of industry and finance is deepening with the development of market economy.The development mode and path of the integration of industrial capital and financial capital keep innovating and evolving.This paper draws the following conclusions: the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises depends on the continuous deepening of the combination of industry and finance;Manufacturing enterprises should attach great importance to the problem of insufficient industry-finance correlation in the initial stage.Manufacturing enterprises should timely correct the tendency of investment deviating from the main responsibility and business during the fluctuation period;The government should further improve the innovative financial market and credit system and other infrastructure.
