Research On The Relationship Between Digital Transformation Decision Logic,Business Model Innovation And Enterprise Performance

Digital transformation has become the general trend of enterprise development.Digital transformation is a process in which enterprises take data as the core driving factor to build a new value creation system by enabling business processes,business strategies,organizational structure and business models through digital technology.At the same time,it is also a process of value sharing and value creation with customers,partners and other stakeholders.Enterprises take the lead in seizing the opportunity to realize digital transformation,so as to ensure that enterprises can obtain core competitiveness and sustainable growth ability in the increasingly fierce market environment and enjoy the dividends of digital transformation.However,in the practice of digital transformation,many enterprises are facing the confusion of digital transformation paradox.Specifically,although enterprises have invested a lot of resources in digital transformation,they often fail to achieve the expected performance growth,and even lead to the plight of enterprise business activities.Solving this problem has become a key to the digital transformation of enterprises.Based on the perspective of decision logic,this paper discusses how firm guide their actions through appropriate decision logic,so as to maximize the value of digital transformation and solve the puzzle of digital transformation paradox.Specifically,the following questions are studied: from the results,in order to improve enterprise performance,what type of digital transformation decision logic should firm adopt?From the path,in order to improve enterprise performance,how does the decision logic of digital transformation affect enterprise performance? From the conditions,in order to improve enterprise performance,how does the decision logic of digital transformation affect enterprise performance under uncertain conditions?In order to solve the problems mentioned above,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the firm with digital transformation.Based on the relevant data of 188 questionnaires,SPSS and Amos are used for data statistical analysis and hypothesis test.The following conclusions are drawn:Causation of digital transformation and effectuation of digital transformation have a positive impact on enterprise performance;Causation of digital transformation and effectuation of digital transformation can positively affect enterprise performance through business model innovation;Employee cognitive uncertainty positively regulates the causal logic of digital transformation and the relationship between business model innovation;Digital technology uncertainty negatively regulates the relationship between causation of digital transformation and business model innovation,and positively regulates the relationship between effectuation of digital transformation and business model innovation..This paper introduces decision logic into the field of digital transformation,puts forward the characteristics and contents of digital transformation decision logic,expands the research on decision logic and enterprise performance,and reveals the path mechanism of digital transformation decision logic affecting enterprise performance.And this paper provides enlightenment for management practice: firm should pay more attention to the role of digital transformation decision-making logic in the process of digital transformation,guide firm to innovate business models,so as to improve enterprise performance and break the paradox of digital transformation.
