| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics,accelerate the construction of digital China,speed up the development of digital economy,and promote the development of digital education.Enterprises are the main force of digital economy development,and enterprise digital transformation is to use digital technology within enterprises to integrate and process data from various links of business processes into digital assets,and transform digital assets into commercial value through modern information processing technology.In the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises can only establish core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development by realizing digital transformation.In real life,most enterprises are facing difficulties in digital transformation.The three key elements of enterprise digital transformation are:users,data,and resources.Digital transformation needs to focus on customers,driven by data,and achieve better matching of internal and external resources.However,how to manage users,data,and resources well are all“walls”.How can enterprises cross them? In the process of digital transformation,although enterprises have invested a lot of money,they often fail to achieve the expected performance growth,which seriously affects their operation.In the context of transition economy,how enterprises can use decision logic and dynamic capabilities to promote digital transformation development is a very meaningful question.This paper introduces decision logic into the field of digital transformation.On this basis,it proposes that under uncertain conditions,enterprises can improve their performance in digital transformation by guiding decision logic,solve problems encountered in the process of digital transformation,and provide possible new ideas for related theoretical research.Specifically,this paper mainly explores: What kind of impact does decision logic have on performance in digital transformation? Does dynamic capability play a mediating role? What kind of mediating role does it play? Does uncertainty play a moderating role in the study of the impact of decision logic on dynamic capability?To address these questions,a questionnaire survey was conducted on enterprises undergoing digital transformation,and empirical analysis results show that:(1)The effect logic and causal logic in enterprise’s decision logic for digital transformation have significant positive effects on performance in digital transformation;(2)Dynamic capability plays a mediating role;(3)Endogenous uncertainty(employee cognitive uncertainty)plays a negative moderating role in the positive effect of effect logic on dynamic capability;(4)Exogenous uncertainty(digital technology uncertainty)also plays a negative moderating role in the positive effect of causal logic on dynamic capability.This paper provides possible suggestions for how Chinese enterprises can strengthen their performance in digital transformation under the guidance of effect logic and causal logic for digital transformation.Based on employee cognitive uncertainty and negative moderating effects of digital technology uncertainty,this paper provides some possible new paths for enterprises to better implement digital transformation under employee cognitive uncertainty and influence from external factors such as changes in market demand.This paper also provides new directions for thinking about how government should play an active guiding and supporting role in policy making process,promote deep integration between digital economy and real economy,stir up trade vitality,and improve level of development for digital trade. |
