| Corporate business is the core service of our commercial banks,it has created countless income dividends for our commercial banks.This paper analyzes the corporate operation of commercial banks in China.Corporate operation is the main component of the corporate operating income structure.With the rapid development of society and economy,the marketization of interest rates and the acceleration of financial disintermediation,the structural problems of supply and demand are becoming more and more prominent,and the intensity of seller’s market is increasing.With the development of electronic economy,information dissemination is rapid,Internet finance is in a period of rapid development,banks have less and less profit space,problems are more and more prominent.Therefore,the bank company business transformation is the most urgent task at present.Faced with the rapid development of the market environment and increasing market competition,it is urgent to improve the core competitiveness in line with the market demand and formulate a sound marketing strategy for the company’s business to meet the market demand.After many years of unremitting efforts and steady development,Y-Bank has gradually grown into the leading bank of K-City Bank.Its business structure is diversified,its customer base is excellent,its business is innovative and its market competition is strong.In recent years,Y-Bank has been the leading regional financial institution in key indicators such as bank deposits,loans and customer volume.Company Y set up the company’s financial arm in 2018 and over the past four years has gradually improved the company’s tier marketing system.However,in the face of the increasingly fierce market competition,the Y-bank’s enterprise operation still faces many problems.To adapt to the changing situation and challenges,we must formulate an effective marketing strategy for the company’s business.Combining with the author’s actual work environment and academic theory,this paper puts forward a reasonable and feasible solution for Y-Bank to formulate a perfect marketing strategy for its business.The paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of this topic,and summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in this field.The second part is the analysis and discussion of the current situation of Y-bank business.Through literature research,PEST analysis and 7P theory,the environment and challenges of Y-bank business development are analyzed,the problems and reasons of Y-bank business marketing are explained,and the optimization scheme of Y-bank marketing strategy is put forward. |
