With the rapid development of society and market, enterprises and their stakeholders have continuously improved the quality requirements of financial or non-financial information. Most of the data provided by the traditional reimbursement system is based on accounting vouchers. On the one hand, the data obtained can not reflect the economic business in a comprehensive, timely and accurate way,and can not adapt to the changes of enterprise organizational structure or reimbursement management. On the other hand, desalination even loses a lot of non-financial data, which is bad for managers to make correct decisions. Therefore,in order to enable the expense reimbursement system to obtain data from the source, break the limitation of time and space and realize data sharing,in this paper, the optimization research on the reimbursement system of Z group is carried out.The main contents are as follows:In this paper,Z group,a listed private enterprise,is selected as the research object.Through system analysis, system design and system implementation, the three modules are optimized for the expense reimbursement system. The reimbursement business is divided into three categories: business travel, cash loan and other expenses. The process and logical model are analyzed in depth.Through analysis,we find that the expense reimbursement system of our company has the following problems: Lack of source data management; The approval authority is decentralized and the approval standard is inconsistent; No real-time monitoring and information lag;High cost of business completion;Low employee satisfaction. Therefore,in order to solve these problems,we need to optimize the expense reimbursement system of our company. From the above point of view,Z group has not changed from the traditional reimbursement mode. The emerging sharing model has many advantages compared with the traditional model, and it is very important to integrate the financial sharing idea into the optimization of the system. In the process of system optimization, process optimization is an indispensable link. The extended event-driven process chain(eEPC)and Petri net are both process optimization methods. However,it is found that the eEPC method is more suitable in this paper from three aspects: the use condition, process description ability and process performance evaluation. Therefore, based on the concept of financial sharing, the author uses eEPC method to optimize the process according to the original process and existing requirements, and constructs the eEPC model. Then, according to the eEPC model, the function, user and permission, code, input and output, security and other optimization design were carried out.Aiming at the implementation stage of the system, this paper selects the pilot implementation method from the three ways of gradual implementation, comprehensive implementation and pilot implementation. The system performance, economic benefit and qualitative index are put forward as the system evaluation indexes. And it is expected that the new system will be on-line: To facilitate the reimbursement and approval of all employees; To emancipate the financial personnel and further realize the financial informatization; To standardize the reimbursement process and strengthen the management of enterprises and funds.
