With the rapid development of economy,large group companies continue expanding their business scale and gradually appear cross regional business forms.The company has branches all over the country,so it is difficult to achieve unified planning and management of financial work.However,in order to survive and grow in the increasingly fierce competitive environment,cross regional group companies must adjust themselves to adapt to the external environment.With the rapid development of information technology,online centralized processing has been supported at the technical level,and the mode of financial sharing came into being.Financial sharing module integrates and reconfigures different resources,organically combines business processes,human resources,information systems and other contents,and forms a new financial accounting mode.Achieve the goal of saving cost and time,improving work efficiency and satisfaction of customers.The enterprise’s accounts payable business process is the critical control link of the company’s capital outflow.Scientific and reasonable process design and implementation will affect the timeliness and accuracy of external payments,the security of funds and the efficiency of capital flow.The payable link will also affect the accuracy of data in the financial system.Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the key process nodes of accounts payable business and the optimization and improvement of relevant processes will help to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,ensure the safety of enterprise funds,and maintain a good supplier relationship.This paper takes the optimization of accounts payable business process of H company’s financial shared service center as the research topic.Firstly,by dealing with the employees involved in the relevant payment business processes,the questionnaire survey method is used to understand the current situation of the process,and the satisfaction evaluation made by the employees is statistically analyzed to identify the problems existing in the key processes.According to the relevant research results of business process improvement theory and enterprise resource planning theory,based on the obtained information,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the fluency,coordination and key nodes affecting efficiency of each link in the flow chart,and makes a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in each process link in turn to find the reasons behind the problems.The main problems are as follows:the sequence of accounting review and entry is improper;Manual operation is the main process,and the process is cumbersome;High volatility of payment approval;Poor coordination between process systems;Lack of key control over basic data maintenance;Lack of processing time limit and information feedback.Secondly,according to the target business process ESEIA optimization method,the process improvement scheme is put forward from the perspectives of eliminating unnecessary steps,simplifying cumbersome business processes,filling the key links that can add value,integrating interrelated business processes and improving the automation level.The optimization scheme includes four parts:first,use technical support to improve the information system,develop workflow mode,improve the compatibility between business process systems,and develop bank enterprise interconnected payment system.Second,improve operation efficiency by adding key nodes of value-added process,including adding supplier information inspection steps,establishing process state feedback mechanism,etc.Third,improve the efficiency of shared center business by adjusting the sequence of processes and changing the arrangement of business flows.Fourth,simplify and eliminate unnecessary financial approval links,and apply the whole process paperless mode.Finally,in order to ensure the great implementation of business process optimization,establish a process-oriented key performance indicator system,adjust the organizational structure of the sharing center,strengthen staff training and other aspects,this paper puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures.This paper takes the business process of H company’s financial shared service center as the research content.The company’s financial shared service center is in the early stage of its establishment,and the design and layout of process links need to be improved.Therefore,the focus of this paper is mainly on the structural rationality of accounts payable business process,and there is no in-depth research on the management problems related to the process,which restricts the depth and breadth of the research.However,throughout the research context of this paper,starting from the reality of the coping business process parts of the financial shared service center of H company,under the guidance of the theory background,investigate and explore the problems existing in the process link structure,and finally give a systematic optimization scheme.This has a certain reference value for the construction and optimization of other immature financial service industry in the same industry.
