| Since the beginning of the 21st century,emerging technologies such as Big Data,Artificial Intelligence,Mobile Internet,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and Blockchain have been developing rapidly,and the volume of data has witnessed explosive growth.Digital transformation of enterprises and accounting informatization construction have become the general trend.In recent years,under the policy call of our country to encourage enterprises to explore accounting informatization,more and more large enterprises have begun to build and implement Financial Shared Service Centers to collect and reconstruct financial business processes,so as to simplify and standardize the processes.However,with the process problems gradually revealed in the process of implementation,the Financial Shared Service Center at the present stage has put forward the new requirement to realize the process automation.Under such a realistic background,how to introduce digital technology to optimize the process of Financial Shared Service Center has become a common concern of enterprises.Based on this,this thesis adopts the case study method,selects the Financial Shared Service Center of Y Company as an example and introduces its basic situation.Through field research,it analyzes the current situation of the process from procurement to payment,sales to collection,fund management and expense reimbursement,as well as the problem process nodes of Y Company’s Financial Shared Service Center.Subsequently,in the feasibility analysis of process optimization design,it was found that as one of the representative digital technologies,RPA(Robotic Process Automation)technology is highly suitable for the application scenario and the process optimization requirements of Financial Shared Service Center.Therefore,this thesis introduces RPA technology and selects a general RPA software Ui Bot,which has been put into use by many large enterprises.Through the writing and application of visual program,financial robots are designed and developed respectively for problem nodes in the four major processes of Y Company’s Financial Shared Service Center to make up for the original deficiencies.The developed ten financial robots have effectively improved the automation level of Financial Shared Service Center process after being put into test and use in Y Company.Then,through discussion,this thesis finds that the optimization research scheme can improve the efficiency and quality of financial work,improve the satisfaction of employees and customers,and reduce the labor cost of the enterprise,and proposes that the application of RPA in process optimization should be supported by the construction of data security,technical support and staff training system based on the specific management practice of Y Company.Finally,the research finds that:(1)the development of digital technology provides a new direction and goal for the follow-up construction of Financial Shared Service Center;(2)Process optimization is an important part of the operation and development of Financial Shared Service Center;(3)RPA technology is highly suitable for process optimization of Financial Shared Service Center.The research results of this thesis are conducive to providing specific and innovative solutions for Y Company to solve the process problems of the Financial Shared Service Center,helping the company achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase by virtue of the advantages of process automation,and facilitating the exploration of intelligent finance and digital transformation and upgrading.At the same time,this thesis also provides a new idea for other enterprises to solve the financial business process problems.More importantly,this thesis objectively promotes the application of digital technology in financial management practice,and puts forward prospects and suggestions for future research in related fields,providing certain reference and inspiration for enterprises’ digital transformation and the future application of digital labor force to bring about changes in The Times from the level of society as a whole. |
