A Study On Tourist Satisfaction Of Rose Viewing In Huachen Garden,Qianqian Village,Guangdong

With the continuous improvement of social economy and people’s life,flower viewing has gradually become a popular tourist theme chosen by people.Flower viewing tourism has played an important role in coordinating urban and rural development,integrating regional agricultural resources,and promoting tourism development.However,the development of tourism with the theme of rose viewing is relatively lagging behind,and there are few academic studies on the satisfaction of rose viewing tourists.In view of this,this paper investigates the satisfaction of rose viewing tourists in Huachen Garden,Qianqian Village,Guangdong,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper systematically sorts out the research progress of related literatures such as flower viewing tourism and tourist satisfaction.Based on behavioral intention theory and tourist experience theory,with tourist satisfaction as the breakthrough point,combined with the actual situation of rose viewing in Huachen Garden,Qianqian Village,Guangdong,through consultation Expert opinion,designed a tourist questionnaire,which focused on designing the tourist satisfaction scale as rose products or activities,tourism environment,tourism facilities,and tourism services,Concluded as follow:(1)The overall evaluation of tourists on Huachen Garden’s flower viewing tourism is medium to high,and the highest satisfaction is the tourism environment,followed by tourism facilities,while the satisfaction with tourism services,rose products or activities is low;those with higher satisfaction include fresh air in the park,good ecological environment,effective management of activity order,and beautiful and coordinated architectural landscapes;those with lower satisfaction include "providing experience activities for learning to make rose products","more abundant" There are various rose products for tourists to buy","variety of roses for viewing",and "convenient and accessible transportation".Therefore,tourists hope that Huachen Garden can have a great improvement in the development of rose experience activities,rose products,public infrastructure,and management services.(2)There are some significant differences in the perception of rose viewing satisfaction of different types of tourists in Huachen Garden.The requirements for the four elements of tourism environment,tourism facilities and tourism services are getting higher and higher,that is,the satisfaction level is lower and lower;among them,tourists over the age of 30,tourists whose occupations are individual industrial and commercial households,civil servants,and personnel of public institutions,tourists with an education level of college/undergraduate or above,and tourists with a monthly income of more than 5001 yuan,they are less satisfied with tourism services,rose products or activities,and tourism facilities.Aiming at the satisfaction of rose viewing tourists in Huachen Garden,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing rose experience activities,deeply developing rose flower viewing tourism products,increasing the construction of flower viewing tourism infrastructure,and broadening flower viewing publicity channels.
