The Research On Tourist Satisfaction Of XiangFeng Tea Garden

The production mode of tea has broken through the extensive production and processing in the era of traditional small-scale peasant economy and turned to diversified development.The industrial chain related to tea has made great progress and development.China's tea cultural resources have strong national and regional characteristics and are favorable for the formation of tourist attraction.However,the lack of tea culture connotation in the tourism market and the development problems of tea tourism scenic spots have an impact on the healthy and sustainable development of tourism in tea producing areas.Through the research and reading of rural tourism destination xiang feng tea garden scenic spot,on tea garden tourist satisfaction investigation,this paper achieves the following results:(1)Through the research and reading of relevant literature and monographs at home and abroad,through to the tea culture tourism,tourist satisfaction to conduct a comprehensive and systematic carding,combination of tourism experience and industry integration related theory to the study of satisfaction,to explore the tea garden tourist experience and satisfaction analysis provides theoretical framework.(2)Through questionnaires and factor analysis,the index system was revised to get three factors:tourism facilities and experience,tourism transportation,resources and environment.The evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction of tea garden tourism destination was constructed by combining the importance of evaluation index and factor analysis.(3)Through empirical analysis:the sex of the tea garden scenic tourist travel,the influence of the level of education and the degree of satisfaction was not significant,and tourists of different age,occupation,income level xiang feng tea garden there are significant differences on service facilities and experience.Tourists are satisfied with the appearance of tea garden,tea quality,green design,footpath system and air quality.However,they are less satisfied with visitor service centers,public toilets,shopping environment and sanitation facilities.Through the analysis of the differences in the demographic characteristics of the satisfaction degree of tea garden tourists,the overall image evaluation of tea garden tourist destinations by tourists is relatively high,and the gender difference has no obvious influence on the overall satisfaction degree of tea garden.Compared with men,women are more active in the willingness to revisit and recommend tea garden tourism.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence factor of tea garden scenic tourist satisfaction at the same time,improve the tea garden tourist satisfaction of tourists,in view of the tea culture tourism development problems provide some guidance and reference significance,at the same time,expect to provide certain guidance and reference for other tea garden scenic spot,so as to promote healthy tea producing region tourism sustainable development.
