| With the continuous progress of the times and information technology,the e-banking of commercial banks has also been developed rapidly.The major commercial banks have increased their investment in e-banking business,and the e-banking products have become increasingly rich.At present,the e-banking business has become a hot competition in the financial industry.Commercial banks should comply with the development of the times,strengthen the research on the competitive strategy of e-banking,upgrade the service mode,better seize the market share,and realize the rapid and sustainable development of e-banking business.Taking GS Bank as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the competitive strategy of e-banking business.On the basis of combing relevant research literature and theories,this paper expounds the development status of e-banking business of GS Bank.The external environment of e-banking business of GS Bank is analyzed by PEST model and five forces model,and the internal environment of e-banking business of GS Bank is analyzed by value chain model and VRIO model.Use SWOT analysis tool to clarify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of GS Bank’s e-banking business.Combined with the actual situation of e-banking development of GS Bank,this paper analyzes the competitive strategy,finally selects the differentiation strategy as the e-banking competitive strategy of GS Bank,and puts forward the implementation measures and guarantee measures of e-banking business differentiation competitive strategy. |
