| Nowadays,countries all over the world seize the window period of the fourth round of industrial revolution and vigorously develop the manufacturing industry.As a latecomer economy,China needs to maintain high growth rate as well as high quality in manufacturing development.At the same time,with the outbreak of Sino-US trade friction,the leading countries led by the United States imposed technical barriers to trade and technical blockade on China’s advanced manufacturing industry in an attempt to restrict the technology development of China’s advanced manufacturing industry.Therefore,in the face of the complex international situation,how to break through the technology blockade of China’s advanced manufacturing industry and achieve technology catch-up with leading countries has become a key problem to be solved urgently.Under the background of Sino-US trade friction,firstly this paper studies the technology catch-up path of China’s advanced manufacturing industry technology,clears the connotation and characteristics of technology catch-up of China’s advanced manufacturing industry,analysis the influence of Sino-US trade friction on technology catch-up of China’s advanced manufacturing industry technology from market influence and technology influence respectively,clarifies motivation and cycle of technology catch-up.Based on the perspective of industry technology chain,analysis the key components of China’s advanced manufacturing industry technology catch-up,including architecture technology,component technology,basic technology and complementary technology,combining with quantum transition model constructs a dynamic model of industry technology catch-up,explores the mechanism of technology catch-up of China’s advanced manufacturing industry used simulation analysis.Next,according to the technology catch-up mechanism of China’s advanced manufacturing industry,the technology catch-up path is designed for different attributes of technology in the industry technology chain,including breakthrough catch-up path led by architecture technology,hybrid catch-up path led by component technology,incremental catch-up path led by fundamental technology and follow-on catch-up path led by complementary technology.Identify industrial technology attribute and measure technology gap using patent measurement method,the method and process of path selection are given.Considering the dynamic of industry technology catch-up,the influencing factors and ways of path transformation are proposed.Finally,taking China’s power battery industry as an empirical object,this paper analyzes the impact of Sino-US trade friction on China’s power battery industry and the current development of the industry,through to China power battery industry technology attribute and technology gap calculation,incremental catch-up path led by fundamental technology is choosen ultimately,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the path.The technology catch-up path of China’s advanced manufacturing industry designed in this paper has enriched the theoretical research content of industry technology catch-up,quantum transition model is used to quantitatively explore the mechanism of industrial technology catch-up,the technological catch-up process and laws of four different attribute technologies are revealed and the design and selection of the path provide theoretical guidance and practical value for China’s advanced manufacturing industry to realize technology catch-up. |
