In this paper,the competitive strategy of LS company generic drug business is investigated.Based on the literature review of strategic management,PEST model is first used to analyze the macro environment of LS company generic drug business,especially the far-reaching related policies of pharmaceutical enterprises are combed.Then,it analyzes the generics industry environment by using the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,carries out the strategic groups analysis,analyzes the competitors within the same stratetic group,and summarizes the opportunities and threats of the external environment.On this basis,the Value Chain Model analysis of generic drug industry and LS company generic drug business is separately carried out.VRIO theory is used to analyze and sort out the resources and capabilities of the internal organization of the enterprise.SWOT analysis is used to obtain the competitive strategy of product differentiation of LS company generic drug business.The conclusion of this paper clarifies the competitive strategy of LS company generic drug business,which has practical guiding significance to ensure the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprise.At the same time,it has some reference significance for the strategic selection and implementation of related enterprises in the generic drug industry.
