With the rapid development of economy,in the fierce market competition,the performance of corporate social responsibility will play a positive role in the development of enterprises.Looking at the more successful enterprises,they will closely combine corporate social responsibility with corporate strategy.Therefore,the effective promotion of corporate social responsibility can bring strategic competitive resources to enterprises.In view of this,this paper deeply studies the realistic state of DCHCompany in the performance of corporate social responsibility,and considers that the active performance of corporate social responsibility is closely related to the healthy development of the enterprise from the aspects of social influence,the establishment of enterprise institutional mechanism and the form of embodiment.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the performance of corporate social responsibility,clearly defines the basic scope and analysis basis of the research,and carries out the corresponding empirical research based on Stakeholder Theory and information asymmetry theory.Firstly,through the actual survey and questionnaire analysis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems in the current operation of the enterprise.It is found that in the business process of the enterprise,the good performance of corporate social responsibility can support,guide and drive the economic and social development,promote the growth of economic benefits,have a good social impact and drive the high-speed operation of the enterprise.Therefore,the performance of social responsibility can bring direct benefits to enterprises,enjoy new policy treatment,shape a good corporate image,enhance the communication between products and consumers,and then expand sales.Secondly,based on Stakeholder Theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the problems in the performance of social responsibility.The research process combines the questionnaire formed by consumers and environmental factors,and makes evidence collection analysis on the surrounding environment,marketing and consumer groups.The performance of corporate social responsibility is of practical significance to the development of enterprise economy,especially the sudden epidemic in 2020 and the convenience of network information.Therefore,the judgment of consumers’ choice depends more on the network,so the image and reputation of the enterprise are particularly important.In this scenario,the active performance of corporate social responsibility can improve the popularity of the enterprise,Sales of the company’s products,etc.After an in-depth investigation of DCHCompany,based on the current situation of the enterprise,the existing deficiencies are found,and improvement measures are put forward,which provides a valuable reference for the enterprise to expand market share,improve organizational structure and maintain influence.Through the research of this paper,it summarizes the causes of the problems in the three aspects of enterprise system,social influence and manifestation,and puts forward effective improvement measures and effective implementation methods for DCHCompany in fulfilling corporate social responsibility in the future,how to strengthen the implementation ability of corporate social responsibility and make full use of the influence of corporate social responsibility,Further improve the social image of the enterprise,combine the social responsibility of the enterprise with the development plan of the enterprise,and effectively promote the healthy and long-term development of the enterprise.
