Study On The Coupling Coordination Between Economic Development And Ecological Environment Protection In Cities Along The Yellow River Basin

With the deepening of regional economy and the continuous advancement of industrialization,the Yellow River Basin ushered in great development.Due to historical reasons and rough development mode,a series of problems appeared in the process of development,such as shortage of water resources,serious soil erosion,fragile ecology,weak carrying capacity of resources and environment,inadequate High-Quality development and so on.The contradiction between economic development and ecological environment in the basin was sharp.After 19 th CPC National Congress,high quality development,especially the high quality and economic development become a development trend of era,the Yellow River is China’s important ecological barrier and economic zone,in China occupies an important position in economic and social development,promote economic development and high quality in the Yellow River is the coordinated development of ecological environment protection is of great significance.In this context,57 cities along the Yellow River Basin were selected as research samples and the research interval was demarcated as 2010-2019.Entropy method,coupling evaluation model,exploratory spatial analysis and geographically weighted regression model were used to measure the coupling coordination degree between High-Quality economic development and eco-environmental protection,and to analyze the coupling law and spatial characteristics of influencing factors.The results are as follows: First,the overall level of High-Quality economic development and ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin is low,and there are varying degrees of rise during the study period,but the difference of polarization is obvious.Secondly,the coupling coordination between High-Quality economic development and ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin shows an overall upward trend,and the coupling coordination in the lower reaches is always higher than that in the middle and lower reaches,and Zhengzhou is always the city with the best coupling coordination development in the Yellow River Basin.Third,there is a significant positive spatial correlation between the coupling coordination index of High-Quality economic development and ecological environmental protection in the Yellow River Basin.The local spatial pattern has not undergone substantial change,and has always maintained the characteristic of "high in the east and low in the west",and the polarization between the southeast and the northwest is distinct.Fourthly,there are obvious regional differences in the influencing factors of the coupling coordination between High-Quality economic development and eco-environmental protection in the Yellow River Basin.The influence degree of six influencing factors on the development level of industrial greening in the Yellow River Basin is as follows: innovation ability >Economic development potential >Degree of openness> Energy efficiency >Urban Development potential >Industrial structure.According to the research results,suggestions are put forward from six aspects: development and protection in accordance with local conditions,construction of modern industrial system,construction of a new pattern of regional urban and rural development,speeding up the pace of reform and opening up,improving energy efficiency,and fostering regional innovation teams.
