Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries In The Yellow River Basin

The No.1 central document in 2022 emphasizes the comprehensive and in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,achieving the integrated and coordinated development of rural industries,and promoting the comprehensive development of rural areas through industrial leadership.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly proposes to promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations,and adhere to the strategy of priority development of agriculture and rural areas.Achieving the integrated development of rural industries is an important way and major policy to promote rural revitalization and the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.In recent years,the provinces in the Yellow River Basin have made full use of national policy support and a favorable economic environment to promote the upgrading and transformation of rural industries and lead the integrated development of rural industries.Therefore,this article researches the current situation and problems of the integrated development of rural industries in the provinces of the Yellow River Basin,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for integrated development,which is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization comprehensively.This article provides a review and analysis on the current status of rural industry integration development in the Yellow River Basin.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of rural industry development in the region,the problems existing in the process of industrial integration are summarized.Based on previous research and the actual situation in the Yellow River Basin,an evaluation index system for rural industry integration is designed.The index system consists of two primary indicators,five secondary indicators,and 25 tertiary indicators,which can be used to objectively evaluate the development of rural industry integration in the Yellow River Basin.Additionally,data from the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010-2020 is collected and sorted.First,the weight and evaluation index of each indicator are calculated using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method.Secondly,using the coupling coordination model,the level,process,and performance of rural industry integration development in the nine provinces are evaluated and analyzed,and the level of coordinated development between the systems is calculated.Using Arc GIS software for visualization processing,the coupling and coordination spatial-temporal difference analysis results of the integration level,integration process and integration performance of rural industries in the Yellow River Basin are obtained.Research findings show that the comprehensive index calculated by the entropy weightTOPSIS method can reveal the overall level of rural industry integration development in the Yellow River Basin,increasing from 0.3674 in 2010 to 0.4776 in 2020,representing a growth of30%.This indicates that the level of rural industry integration in the Yellow River Basin has been gradually improving over the years.The level of rural industry integration in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin is higher than that in the upper reaches,and spatial differences are significant.By using a coupling coordination model to measure the coupling coordination level between subsystems in the nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin in 2010,2013,2016,and2020,the results show that the coupling coordination level of rural industry integration in the Yellow River Basin is in a stable growth trend.The coupling coordination of rural industry integration performance development is relatively good,playing an important role in promoting the coupling coordination of rural industry integration level.However,the coupling coordination development process of rural industry integration is relatively slow.From the perspective of spatial features,there is an overall trend of decreasing from east to west,with significant spatial differences.Among them,rural industry integration and coordination in Sichuan and Shandong provinces are relatively good,while that in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is relatively poor.Finally,based on the current situation and problems of rural industry integration and development in the Yellow River Basin,corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed:(1)Enhance the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries;(2)Strengthen policy support to promote the integrated development of rural industries;(3)Improve the service level of agricultural insurance and promote the stable development of agriculture;(4)Cultivate new agricultural management subjects and improve the competitiveness of rural industries;(5)Improve the interest linkage mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers in production.
