Research On The Impact Of Equity Incentive And R&D Investment On The Financial Performance Of Internet Listed Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology in today’s society,innovation has become the power source of the development of enterprises in the new era.The Internet industry in the background of the "digital intelligence" scientific and technological revolution era ushered in great opportunities while also facing the challenge of intensifying competition.In order to obtain sustainable competitiveness,Internet listed enterprises need to constantly carry out R&D and creation,and corporate governance affects the input and output of enterprise innovation and R&D to a certain extent.Therefore,this article explores the improvement of financial performance of Internet listed enterprises based on the two aspects of enterprise technological innovation and corporate governance.Select executive equity incentive and core technical personnel equity incentive as a measure of corporate governance,with R &D investment innovation as a measure of R&D investment,explore executives and core technical personnel equity incentive,R&D investment on financial performance,for the Internet listed companies to formulate efficient equity incentive policy and innovative R&D investment decisions provide reference,improve enterprise financial performance.This study collected 2010-2020 A-share Internet listed companies financial data,using multiple regression analysis and intermediary effect model,using financial data test equity incentive,R&D investment and financial performance and R&D investment intermediary influence,empirical explore the executive equity incentive,core technical personnel equity incentive and R&D investment on the financial performance of Internet listed companies.The empirical analysis results show that:(1)The implementation of executive equity incentive and core technical personnel equity incentive can significantly improve the financial performance of Internet listed companies.(2)The R&D investment has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of Internet listed enterprises.(3)The executive R&D investment incentive increases the intermediary transmission effect of R&D investment.Therefore,A-share Internet listed companies should enhance executive equity incentive and core technical personnel equity incentive strength,should pay attention to enterprise R&D investment strength and strength,give full play to the role of intermediary effect,this research on the Internet listed companies to improve the core competitiveness and improve enterprise financial performance,promote the sustainable development of Internet listed companies innovation has certain significance.
