The rise of online shopping in China has increased the business volume of logistics centers,and sorting problems appear in special periods,such as the double 11 warehouse explosion and the urgent need for sorting materials during the earthquake relief,etc.A wide variety of goods and a large number of orders bring great pressure to sorting work.R logistics center faces the same problem with the same characteristics: in the sorting peak,the surging order quantity and the quantity of quality regulations lead to the sorting efficiency reduction and delivery time increase.In view of the background of product diversity and constantly changing demand,the existing research on sorting strategy only starts from equipment transformation,and lacks of research on the formulation of flexible sorting strategy based on the connection between commodities and market supply.Therefore,this paper deeply considers the flexible conditions such as capacity of sorting cycle,substitution of quality regulation and diversity of quality regulation,and conducts a flexible optimization study on the sorting strategy currently applied in R logistics center.Firstly,this paper takes the sorting peak period as the research background,establishes the flexible index system,combines Petri net,complex network and evolutionary algorithm and other theories,guides the logistics center to optimize the sorting strategy flexibly,and achieves the flexible goal.In the early stage of this paper,field research was conducted on R logistics center,and the summarized data such as sorting process,personnel allocation and equipment parameters were modeled and analyzed using Petri net for rationality.In order to analyze the operation of each link in the application of the strategy of "fine label integration" in the sorting line,the problem of low flexibility in the sorting process was found by exporting data from Flexsim.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of vertical sorting mode and horizontal sorting mode,the paper proposes that horizontal sorting can solve the problems of the existing "fine standard integration" sorting strategy and improve the flexibility of sorting process.Finally,the horizontal sorting process is redesigned,and the correctness of the process is verified by Petri net model.According to the data statistics and fishbone diagram analysis of different tobacco products,aiming at the problems of flexible sorting quantity,flexible sorting product regulation and flexible delivery date,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of complex network of products by using complex network,and then improves the genetic algorithm to formulate the optimization strategy of different tobacco products regulation.By suspending part of the specifications in each cycle,it can reduce the demand for sorting tasks and improve sorting efficiency.Finally,modeling and simulation of standard fine sorting line and special-shaped tobacco sorting line before and after the application of the flexible sorting strategy showed that the flexible sorting strategy reduced the edge weight loss rate by45.73% on average,increased the number of special-shaped cigarettes by 52.25 on average per week,reduced the labor intensity of cigarette replenishing workers by 8% and improved the sorting efficiency of special-shaped cigarettes by 12.71%.The flexible sorting strategy successfully achieves the flexible target and solves the sorting problem in the sorting peak period faced by R logistics center.
