| China’s new energy vehicle industry has entered a comprehensive growth stage.No matter from the national policy level,technical level or the current market conditions have begun to take shape.Local governments throughout the country are vigorously supporting the new energy vehicle industry,and many local governments have written the development of the new energy vehicle industry into the development plan.The development of new energy automobile industry is conducive to promoting industrial upgrading,environmental protection and strengthening China’s core competitiveness in emerging industries.Industrial agglomeration has an important impact on the improvement of the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry,but the new energy automobile industry has the characteristics of both traditional automobile manufacturing industry and strategic emerging industry.The Yangtze River Delta,with its strong economy,rich resources and abundant talents,is an important driving force for China’s economic development and has become an important engine in the national innovation-driven development strategy,and the new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly.Therefore,the study of the development level and influencing factors of the new energy automobile industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta can not only promote the coordinated development of the industry in the region and speed up the industrial upgrading,but also provide reference for other regions to grasp the future development direction,which is conducive to the improvement of national economic development.This paper first defines the new energy vehicle industry and the new energy vehicle industry chain.Then it systematically combs the relevant industrial agglomeration theory and literature,and then combs the development status and trend of the new energy automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.Then,the degree and trend of high-tech industry agglomeration in The Yangtze River Delta region are calculated by using the location quotient method,and the new energy automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta region is at the leading level in China.Then,the porter Diamond model is used to analyze the reasons for forming the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.It is concluded that the main influencing factors of China’s high-tech industry agglomeration are market size,human capital,level of foreign investment,opening to the outside world,and enterprise scale.Market size is conducive to product sales and attracts enterprises to invest and build factories,thus promoting agglomeration;Improving the level of using foreign capital is more likely to attract foreign investment,thus promoting industrial agglomeration,improving human capital,facilitating enterprises to carry out joint research and development,which has a positive impact on agglomeration;Opening to the outside world can promote agglomeration by expanding the scale of enterprise market and promoting technological upgrading of enterprises.Expanding enterprise scale can promote investment by sharing infrastructure,enhancing personnel exchange and learning,and improving the efficiency of upstream and downstream matching of the industrial chain.Based on triangle older urban areas 2011 ~ 2019 and the related data,the three provinces and one city selected the market scale,human capital,the use of foreign capital level,the opening to the outside world,the enterprise scale five influencing factors,such as panel data model is constructed regression model,and the empirical analysis results show that the size of the market has not yet new energy automobile industry in Yangtze river delta agglomeration effect;There is a negative correlation between the level of human capital and the level of foreign capital utilization and the level of new-energy automobile industry agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta.Opening to the outside world and enterprise scale are positively correlated with the agglomeration level of new energy automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.The dynamic panel GMM model is used to test the robustness of the original model.The results are consistent with the original results,which proves the robustness of the original model.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,this paper proposes the following policy suggestions to improve the new energy automobile industry agglomeration level and optimize the industrial layout in the Yangtze River Delta region: First,deepen the reform and opening up.Second,strengthen government guidance.Third,we need to raise the level of independent innovation.Third,raise the level of human capital.Fifth,expand the scale of enterprises. |
