With the growing social civilization,society is paying more and more attention to ethical issues in business,and issues related to corporate social responsibility have also become an important part of research.Management studies and business practices.In the process of rapid development,companies will have to deal with high profit issues such as environmental degradation and the difficulty of protecting the rights and interests of workers.Therefore,regardless of external pressure or their own development needs,companies need to actively implement social responsibilities.Through in-depth research into corporate social responsibility,companies are also have learning how to balance their social responsibility investments and achieve high financial results.Therefore,this paper selects 42 companies from Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange to study and use the qualitative benchmarking method to compare and match the satisfaction of shareholders,creditors,suppliers,employees,customers and governments.As a prerequisite.Simultaneously identify the factors determining financial performance and select typical companies in each development stage.The research found that:(1)the preventive variable does not create the necessary conditions for high financial performance,but government plays an important role in this;(2)there are three types of configurations for enterprises to achieve high financial performance,which are shareholder-driven,creditor-government-driven,employee-customer-driven,these six paths reflect the multiple realization methods of different types of enterprises to stimulate high financial performance;(3)The two paths under the creditor-based government model have comparable and superior coverage,indicating that most companies at this stage can improve their financial performance through this method;(4)By comparing the pathways,we see that while most pathways do not emphasize social responsibility towards customers,attaching importance to humanistic care remains an important point that companies cannot ignore.This article uses a qualitative comparative analysis method to determine a company stakeholders through the configuration perspective and finds the way to drive high financial performance by integrating the satisfaction of shareholders,creditors,suppliers,employees,customers and authorities.By taking responsibility,it can make targeted investments according to its own situation,and save a certain amount of material,human,financial and other costs that will be used to fulfill social responsibility.Provide certain ideas and foundations,with a certain theoretical and practical value.However,there are still some shortcomings in this article regarding sample cases and measurement indicators,and more in-depth research on these aspects may be done in the future.
