Over the past sixteen years since its establishment,Sanze Property Company Limited has been adhering to accurate market positioning,grasping strategic development opportunities,deepening transformation and innovation,taking revitalising local economic development as its major responsibility and taking quality service as its core business philosophy.Over the years,Sanze Property Company has provided a number of quality and reliable residential projects for Jinan and the surrounding areas with its own advantages.However,with China’s macroeconomic regulation and changes in the business environment,the future development of the real estate industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.With the help of modern management analysis tools(e.g.Koch’s assessment theory model),we analyse the problems in the training of sales staff at Sanze Real Estate Company.In particular,the current situation of sales force training in the company is studied in detail,and the effectiveness of sales force training is investigated and analysed using questionnaires.With the help of the Koch evaluation model and in conjunction with the actual situation of sales staff training at Misawa Land,the problems in sales staff training are analysed in detail in terms of the reaction level,the sales staff learning level,the behavioural level of sales staff performance and the results level,and the causes of the problems are analysed in a scientific manner.In order to meet the real situation of the development of Sanze Real Estate,the company will build an improvement strategy for the current and future training of sales staff.The main issues involved are: optimising the preparation work before training in order to ensure the quality of sales staff training;integrating training resources and improving the training team in line with the internal resources of Sanze Real Estate;innovating training content and training methods in line with the current situation of the company’s training as training knowledge develops;and strengthening the mechanism for applying the results of Sanze Real Estate’s sales staff training.A specific and detailed study of the problems of sales staff training at Misawa Land will not only promote the stable and healthy development of Misawa Land,but will also guide the real estate related companies in China to better practice the content of sales staff training.The study of the training of sales staff at Mitsuzawa Land can effectively provide a scientific and feasible reference for similar real estate companies in China to study their training programmes.
