| Paper industry is a traditional industry in China.With the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy,the paper industry has also ushered in a new transformation,from the early production capacity scattered to today’s intensive development.In recent years,China’s paper industry for resource integration,eliminate backward production capacity,the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce,prone to financial risks.This paper hopes that by building a perfect risk evaluation system,the Y Company will identify and evaluate its financial risks,and then put forward targeted risk control suggestions,so as to promote the sustainable development of the Y Company.The paper takes company Y as the research object,first introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the paper.Secondly,explain the concept,characteristics and types of financial risk,and introduce the concept and method of financial risk evaluation.Again,the Y company and its basic financial situation,and a preliminary identification of Y company’s financial risk,respectively from financing,investment,operation,income distribution four levels to identify its financial risk,found that the enterprise debt repayment pressure,low cost control level,total assets turnover is slow,income distribution is not reasonable.Then screen out the corresponding financial risk evaluation index,using the entropy method to get the index weight,using the efficacy coefficient method of the evaluation coefficient of Y company,on the basis of financial risk evaluation of Y company,evaluation results show good enterprise in 2013-2018,financial risk evaluation coefficient in 2019-2021,poor financial condition.Finally,make specific and targeted risk control suggestions,based on the results of financial risk assessment,adjust the capital structure and develop reasonable financing strategy for investment,strengthen working capital management,improve asset management,and strengthen the supervision of income distribution. |
