| In recent years,due to the slow growth of world trade,China’s foreign trade situation has been deteriorating.Therefore,Transnational E-commerce has become a new engine of transnational trade and changed the traditional way of import and export.With the the global spread of cvid-19,domestic consumers’ demand for Transnational E-commerce is also increasing.In order to support the development of new trade models,promote the sustainable and stable development of Transnational E-commerce and support the construction of overseas storage facilities,the 11 th five-year high-quality foreign trade development plan was announced in November 2021.By strengthening policy support,the transnational power industry will have greater policy space to promote the sustainable,healthy and orderly development of the transnational power industry.The Transnational E-commerce platform was established in 2021.Due to tiktok’s activities,it has developed rapidly.E platform provides a trading platform for foreign suppliers,platform manufacturers and consumers,and opens its own exclusive stores to sell products.As an Internet enterprise,E platform has accumulated a large amount of data and information,including consumer preferences and market product demand.If we can exchange this information,we can solve many problems of the electronic platform procurement system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation mode of E platform supply chain,and finds out the information sharing and pricing strategy in the supply chain.Secondly,based on the analysis of the game strategy under the condition of information asymmetry and symmetry,the Stackelberg models of E platform,self integration and self integration are established respectively,the information sharing and pricing strategies of each participant in the supply chain of E platform are described,and a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Finally,through the analysis of case law,some views and conclusions are confirmed.As an Internet enterprise,E platform has inherent advantages in low-cost information acquisition and analysis.Therefore,E platforms should actively participate in low-cost or free information exchange under non commodity mode and self employment mode.The main sources of platform profits are the number of platform units and the profits of independent stores,not the profits of information sales.Suppliers,manufacturers and E platform should choose solutions under the condition of information symmetry.In other words,they must be competitive in the market.Training to improve information accuracy can improve the profitability of supply chain participants.In the case of asymmetric information,with the improvement of the profitability of supply chain members and the whole supply chain,the transaction price will also rise,and the interests of consumers may be threatened.These research results not only have a certain impact on the information sharing and pricing of e-platform supply chain,but also have a certain reference value for other similar e-commerce platforms. |
